Bu b\u00f6lge i\u00e7indeki Arap \u00e7o\u011funluk ile ayn\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncede olmayan K\u00fcrtler, bu yap\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda tutuluyor.<\/p>\n

Suriye K\u00fcrt Ulusal Konseyi\u2019nin \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00fcyesi, yapt\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6steri nedeniyle 1 Temmuz\u2019da tutukland\u0131. Ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc PKK ile iltisakl\u0131 Suriye Demokratik G\u00fc\u00e7leri\u2019nin (SDG) eleba\u015f\u0131s\u0131 Mazlum Kobani, Kayseri ile Suriye\u2019nin kuzeyindeki harekat b\u00f6lgelerinde meydana gelen olaylar sonras\u0131nda Suriyelilerin korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulunarak, T\u00fcrkiye kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 protestolar\u0131 destekledi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Suriye Halk Meclisi\u2019nin 250 \u00fcyeli\u011fi i\u00e7in se\u00e7im, 15 Temmuz\u2019da Be\u015far Esad rejiminin kontrol etti\u011fi b\u00f6lgelerde yap\u0131lacak. Ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn, se\u00e7im s\u00fcrecinde \u015eam y\u00f6netimi ile girdi\u011fi m\u00fczakerelerden istedi\u011fi sonucu elde edemedi\u011fi ve panik i\u00e7ine girdi\u011fi de\u011ferlendiriliyor. PKK ile iltisakl\u0131 Suriye Demokratik Konseyi de, T\u00fcrkiye ile \u015eam aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek normalle\u015fmeye kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan cephe i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn uzant\u0131lar\u0131, Suriye\u2019de ger\u00e7ek bir ulusal uzla\u015f\u0131y\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karabilecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc perspektifi kendileri i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tehdit olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Ankara\u2019da, \u201c\u00d6ncelikle 30 May\u0131s\u2019ta, sonra 11 Haziran\u2019da yerel se\u00e7im d\u00fczenleme te\u015febb\u00fcs\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kararl\u0131 giri\u015fimleriyle akamete u\u011frat\u0131lan \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn mevcut a\u015famada ABD\u2019den istedi\u011fi d\u00fczeyde siyasi deste\u011fi bulamam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131, ABD Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k se\u00e7imleri sonras\u0131na y\u00f6nelik senaryolar ve T\u00fcrkiye-\u015eam normalle\u015fme perspektifinde kaydedilebilecek ilerlemelerle birlikte de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde, b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fc \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn Suriye\u2019deki kaosun devam\u0131 amac\u0131yla hareket edece\u011fi \u015f\u00fcphesizdir\u201d de\u011ferlendirmesi yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
