*Kuduz tehlikesi olan, hastal\u0131kl\u0131, sald\u0131rgan, vah\u015fi, ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f k\u00f6pekler, belediyelerin kuraca\u011f\u0131 bar\u0131naklara al\u0131nacak.<\/p>\n

*Hangi hayvanlar\u0131n uyutulaca\u011f\u0131na belediyelerin b\u00fcnyesinde kurulacak Veteriner Hekimler Kurulu karar verecek.<\/p>\n

*Uyutulmas\u0131 gerekmeyen sahipsiz k\u00f6pekler, sokaklardan topland\u0131ktan sonra k\u0131s\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak ve bar\u0131naklarda takip edilecek.<\/p>\n

*Yeterli bar\u0131naklar\u0131 olu\u015fturmak ve sahipsiz k\u00f6pekleri sokaklardan toplamak i\u00e7in belediyelere iki y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre verilecek.\u00a0<\/p>\n

*Sokak hayvanlar\u0131n\u0131 toplay\u0131p ba\u015fka b\u00f6lgeye b\u0131rakanlara y\u00f6nelik para cezalar\u0131 da art\u0131r\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

*Belediyeler, bar\u0131nak ve di\u011fer bak\u0131m masraflar\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00e7elerinden binde 5 oran\u0131nda pay ay\u0131rmak zorunda olacak.<\/p>\n

*Evcil hayvan\u0131n\u0131 soka\u011fa atana, yasakl\u0131 \u0131rk \u00fcretimini yapana hayvan ba\u015f\u0131na 60 bin lira ceza verilecek.<\/p>\n\n
