Uralo\u011flu, baraj g\u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcn etraf\u0131ndan dolanan 16,2 kilometrelik yol kesimini merkez viyad\u00fck ile ge\u00e7erek; mevcutta 90,5 kilometre olan Yusufeli-Artvin merkez yolu uzunlu\u011funu 75 kilometreye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fcklerini ve yolu 15,5 km k\u0131saltt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Uralo\u011flu, \u201cBu k\u0131salma sayesinde 25 dakika kazanarak ortalama 95 dakika s\u00fcren yolculuk s\u00fcresini de 70 dakikaya indirdik. B\u00f6ylece zamandan 30 milyon lira, akaryak\u0131ttan 13 milyon lira olmak \u00fczere y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam 43 milyon lira tasarruf edece\u011fiz. \u00c7evreye zarar veren ara\u00e7lar\u0131n karbon emisyonunu da bin 5 ton azaltarak do\u011fan\u0131n korunmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakan\u0131 Abdulkadir Uralo\u011flu, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en y\u00fcksek, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ise \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc en y\u00fcksek baraj\u0131 olan Yusufeli Baraj\u0131 k\u00f6pr\u00fclerinin son halkas\u0131 olan Yusufeli Merkez Viyad\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u2018n\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f t\u00f6reninde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk yerli ve milli uydusu T\u00dcRKSAT 6A\u2019y\u0131 Space X\u2019in, Florida\u2019daki Uzay \u00dcss\u00fcnden y\u00f6r\u00fcngesine f\u0131rlat\u0131p T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye d\u00f6nd\u00fckten sonra aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tozuyla Yusufeli\u2019ne geldiklerini ifade eden Uralo\u011flu, \u201cBildi\u011finiz \u00fczere 8 Temmuz\u2019u 9 Temmuz\u2019a ba\u011flayan gece uydumuzu ilk y\u00f6r\u00fcngesine ba\u015far\u0131yla f\u0131rlatt\u0131k ve uydumuzdan ilk sinyali planlanan \u015fekilde 67. dakikada ba\u015far\u0131yla ald\u0131k. \u015eu anda uydumuz 35 bin 786 km uzakl\u0131ktaki yer sabit y\u00f6r\u00fcngesine varmak i\u00e7in kimyasal itki sistemiyle ate\u015flenerek a\u015fama a\u015fama kal\u0131c\u0131 y\u00f6r\u00fcngesine do\u011fru ilerliyor. Hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz \u00fclkemizin \u00fcretti\u011fi en y\u00fcksek de\u011fere sahip teknoloji projelerinden biri olan ilk yerli ve milli haberle\u015fme uydumuz T\u00dcRKSAT 6A\u2019d\u0131r. Say\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da, \u2018Yol Medeniyettir\u2019 s\u00f6z\u00fcnden hareketle; 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda 6 bin 101 kilometreden devrald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol uzunlu\u011funu, yakla\u015f\u0131k 29 bin 434 kilometreye ula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131k. Ana akslar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tamam\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131n\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol haline getirdik. B\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yollarla ba\u011flanan \u015fehir say\u0131m\u0131z 6 iken, 77\u2019ye y\u00fckselttik. \u00dclkemizin yal\u00e7\u0131n kayalar\u0131n\u0131, derin vadilerini t\u00fcnel ve viyad\u00fcklerle a\u015ft\u0131k. Ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz otoyol seferberli\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde bin 714 km olan otoyol a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ise 3 bin 726 kilometreye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin d\u00f6rt bir noktas\u0131nda; do\u011fusu, bat\u0131s\u0131, kuzeyi, g\u00fcneyi demeden, k\u00f6y\u00fc-kasabas\u0131 ya da b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehri fark etmeden da yeni yol \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla; \u00dclkemizin ula\u015f\u0131m altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek, modernize etmek ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za daha konforlu bir ya\u015fam sunmak hedefiyle \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar at\u0131yoruz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cBu projemiz Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesindeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck projeleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yusufeli Baraj\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin ve milletin gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in do\u011fduklar\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fckleri evleri, i\u015f yerlerini ve ge\u00e7mi\u015flerini geride b\u0131rakarak sergiledikleri takdire \u015fayan fedakarl\u0131k i\u00e7in te\u015fekk\u00fcr eden Bakan Uralo\u011flu, \u201cAma hamdolsun Say\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n deste\u011fiyle sizler i\u00e7in daha modern evler, i\u015f yerleri ve altyap\u0131s\u0131yla yeni bir il\u00e7e in\u015fa ettik. Bu noktada Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak bizler de Yusufeli Baraj\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda; mevcut yerle\u015fkesi ve karayolunun bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc sular alt\u0131nda kalan yeni Yusufeli il\u00e7esinin ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak ba\u011flant\u0131 yollar\u0131n\u0131 in\u015fa etmenin gururunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u00dcstelik bu projemiz Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesindeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck projeleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Hatta, \u015f\u00f6yle bir \u00f6rnek daha vereyim, Bundan 22 y\u0131l \u00f6nce T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin toplam t\u00fcnel uzunlu\u011fu 50 kilometre iken biz sadece burada, 56,7 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda 39 t\u00fcnel in\u015fa ettik. Yani 80 y\u0131lda yap\u0131lan 50 kilometrelik t\u00fcnel uzunlu\u011fundan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 tek bir projede tamamlad\u0131k. 69,2 km uzunlu\u011fundaki Yusufeli Relokasyon Yollar\u0131n\u0131, Merkez Viyad\u00fc\u011f\u00fc d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 22 Kas\u0131m 2022 tarihinde Yusufeli Baraj\u0131 ile birlikte hizmete a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bu projemiz ile Artvin&#8217;i Erzurum&#8217;a, Kafkaslar\u0131 ve Karadeniz sahil kesimini Do\u011fu ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu&#8217;ya ba\u011flayan kuzey-g\u00fcney aks\u0131n\u0131n standard\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde y\u00fckselttik. Y\u00fcksek da\u011flar\u0131n ve derin vadilerin bulundu\u011fu b\u00f6lgede, do\u011faya meydan okuyan y\u00fcksek teknoloji \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc viyad\u00fcklerle ula\u015f\u0131m standard\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rarak daha g\u00fcvenli ve konforlu bir seyahat imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunduk.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTabliyelerinin yap\u0131m\u0131nda 7 bin 100 ton \u00e7elik kulland\u0131k.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Resmi a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri \u00c7oruh Nehri \u00fczerinde bir gerdanl\u0131k gibi duran Yusufeli Merkez Viyad\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden bir an evvel faydalanmaya ba\u015flans\u0131n diye 11 Haziran\u2019da ara\u00e7 trafi\u011fine a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 an\u0131msatan Bakan Uralo\u011flu, \u201cViyad\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn tamamlanmas\u0131yla; Yusufeli Baraj\u0131\u2019n\u0131n su tutmas\u0131 sonucunda su alt\u0131nda kalan Artvin-Yusufeli-\u0130spir-Erzurum g\u00fczergah\u0131nda yeniden b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck sa\u011flad\u0131k. Yolun b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc t\u00fcnel, k\u00f6pr\u00fc ve viyad\u00fcklerle ge\u00e7erek Artvin&#8217;in y\u00fcksek turizm potansiyeline sahip e\u015fsiz do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 koruduk. Bildi\u011finiz \u00fczere Tekkale Viyad\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Yusufeli Baraj Viyad\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve \u015eilenkar Viyad\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fc daha \u00f6nce hizmete alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. \u2018\u00c7elik Ortotropik K\u00f6pr\u00fc\u2019 olarak projelendirilen Yusufeli Merkez Viyad\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fc de itme-s\u00fcrme y\u00f6ntemiyle hayata ge\u00e7irdik. Tabliyelerinin yap\u0131m\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 bin 100 ton \u00e7elik kulland\u0131k. Bak\u0131n, Fransa\u2019n\u0131n simge yap\u0131lar\u0131ndan biri olan Paris\u2019in ortas\u0131ndaki Eyfel Kulesi\u2019nde 7 bin 300 ton \u00e7elik kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde Yusufeli\u2019nde hayata ge\u00e7en projemizin ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck bir proje oldu\u011fu daha da iyi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. K\u00f6pr\u00fcm\u00fcz 8 orta ayak, 2 de kenar ayak olmak \u00fczere 10 ayaktan olu\u015fuyor. 685 metre uzunlu\u011fa ve en y\u00fcksek aya\u011f\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 150 metre y\u00fcksekli\u011fe sahip projemiz sayesinde; K\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda meydana gelen buzlanma, kaya d\u00fc\u015fmesi ve heyelan gibi do\u011fa olaylar\u0131 sonucunda ya\u015fanabilecek tehlikelerin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7tik. Artvinli karde\u015flerimizin havayoluyla seyahat etmeleri i\u00e7inde do\u011faya meydan okuyan dev bir projeye imza att\u0131k. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n deniz \u00fczerine in\u015fa edilen say\u0131l\u0131, \u00fclkemizin ise Ordu-Giresun Havaliman\u0131\u2019ndan sonra ikinci havaliman\u0131 olan Rize-Artvin Havaliman\u0131\u2019n\u0131 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda hizmete a\u00e7t\u0131k. Bu iki havaliman\u0131m\u0131z gibi deniz \u00fczerine in\u015fa edilmi\u015f bir havaliman\u0131 Avrupa\u2019da yok ve d\u00fcnyada da \u00f6rnekleri \u00e7ok az. Hatta, Rize-Artvin Havaliman\u0131m\u0131z d\u00fcnyadaki 5. havaliman\u0131 oldu. 3 bin metre uzunlu\u011fundaki pisti ve y\u0131lda 3 milyon yolcuya hizmet verebilecek kapasitede terminal binas\u0131 ile b\u00f6lgenin havayolu ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 eksiksiz kar\u015f\u0131lamaktad\u0131r. Daha bu y\u0131l\u0131n ilk 6 ay\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 530 bin yolcu havaliman\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kullanarak yolcu say\u0131s\u0131nda ge\u00e7en y\u0131l ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neme g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 22 art\u0131\u015f yakalad\u0131k. Rize-Artvin Havaliman\u0131&#8217;m\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnden bu yana 15 binin \u00fcst\u00fcnde u\u00e7ak trafi\u011fiyle 2 milyon 115 bin yolcuya hizmet verdi.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcvenli, h\u0131zl\u0131 ve kolay ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n, ticaretin, \u00fcretimin ve ihracat\u0131n en \u00f6nemli bile\u015feni oldu\u011fun ifade eden Uralo\u011flu, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBakanl\u0131k olarak Artvin i\u00e7in planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her bir projemizin b\u00f6lgenin ticaret, \u00fcretim ve turizm faaliyetleri potansiyelini katbekat artt\u0131raca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yoruz.
