Rosatom\u2019un liderli\u011finde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda,<strong> 1. G\u00fc\u00e7 \u00dcnites<\/strong>i&#8217;nin t\u00fcrbin \u00fcnitesinde yer alan<strong> iki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bas\u0131n\u00e7 rotorunun montaj\u0131 <\/strong>ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamland\u0131. B\u00f6ylece t\u00fcrbin \u00fcnitesinin b\u00fcy\u00fck boyutlu bile\u015fenleri tasar\u0131m konumuna yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve t\u00fcrbin \u00fcnitesinin b\u00fcy\u00fck boyutlu bile\u015fenlerinin montaj\u0131 tamamlanm\u0131\u015f oldu. <\/figure>\n<p><b>Akkuyu&#8217;da \u00f6nemli geli\u015fme<\/b><\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/akkuyu-ngsnin-1-unitesinde-kritik-bir-asama-daha-tamamlandi-1-InzT9IF3.jpg\"\/> <\/span> Toplam a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131<strong> 255 ton <\/strong>olan rotor, ekipman imalat tesisini temsilen bir m\u00fchendis taraf\u0131ndan titizlikle g\u00f6zlemlendi. Montaj i\u015flemi, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc vinci yard\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken Akkuyu N\u00fckleer A\u015e Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Sergei Butckikh, bu s\u00fcrecin teknik a\u00e7\u0131dan karma\u015f\u0131k ve b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hassasiyet gerektirdi\u011fini belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: <\/figure>\n<p>\u201c<em>Rotor bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc vin\u00e7 kullan\u0131larak monte edildi. Rotorun montaj\u0131, y\u00fcksek hassasiyet gerektiren teknik a\u00e7\u0131dan karma\u015f\u0131k bir i\u015flem olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u0130\u015flem, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde tamamland\u0131 ve Akkuyu NGS&#8217;nin 1\u2019inci \u00dcnitesi\u2019nin t\u00fcrbin \u00fcnitesinin t\u00fcm b\u00fcy\u00fck boyutlu bile\u015fenleri tasar\u0131m konumuna monte edilmi\u015f oldu. T\u00fcrbin \u00fcnitesini test etmeye ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce t\u00fcrbin \u015faft\u0131 hatt\u0131n\u0131 ayarlamamam\u0131z, ikincil devrenin yo\u011funlu\u011funu ve s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamam\u0131z gerekiyor. Bu i\u015flemler, \u00e7e\u015fitli teknik yap\u0131larda 3 binden fazla ba\u011flant\u0131n\u0131n kaynaklanmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/akkuyu-ngsnin-1-unitesinde-kritik-bir-asama-daha-tamamlandi-2-bYbZbtuw.jpg\"\/> <\/span> Montaj\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan uzmanlar, ekipman par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131n hizalanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve konumland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frulayacak. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te par\u00e7alar\u0131n do\u011fru \u015fekilde yerle\u015ftirilmesi, t\u00fcrbinin \u00e7ark cihaz\u0131na monte edilmesi ve hidrolik testler i\u00e7in i\u015fletim sistemlerinin haz\u0131r olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kontrol edilecek. Bu a\u015famalar, t\u00fcrbin \u00fcnitesinin sorunsuz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. <\/figure>\n<p>N\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santralinin t\u00fcrbin tesisi, y\u00fcksek g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir termal d\u00f6ner motor olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yor. Silindir rotor, motorun temel bile\u015fenlerinden birini olu\u015fturuyor. Reakt\u00f6r tesisinin buhar jenerat\u00f6rlerinde tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sudan \u00fcretilen a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f buhar, y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7la rotor kanatlar\u0131na veriliyor. S\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f buhardan elde edilen enerji rotorun d\u00f6nmesini sa\u011flayarak elektrik ak\u0131m\u0131 \u00fcreten t\u00fcrbin jenerat\u00f6r\u00fcne aktar\u0131lan mekanik enerjiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin t\u00fcrbin tesisi, bir kombine y\u00fcksek ve orta bas\u0131n\u00e7 mod\u00fcl\u00fc, iki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bas\u0131n\u00e7 mod\u00fcl\u00fc ve bir jenerat\u00f6rden olu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin \u00f6nemi<\/b><\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/akkuyu-ngsnin-1-unitesinde-kritik-bir-asama-daha-tamamlandi-3-OMYmkqwK.jpg\"\/> <\/span> Akkuyu NGS, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak ve enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fini art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla in\u015fa edilen \u00f6nemli bir proje olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Akkuyu, tek ba\u015f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin<strong> enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 10\u2019unu<\/strong> kar\u015f\u0131layacak. Projede kullan\u0131lan <strong>VVER <\/strong>reakt\u00f6rler, g\u00fcvenlik ve verimlilik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en geli\u015fmi\u015f sistemleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<strong> 3+ Nesil <\/strong>reakt\u00f6rler ile donat\u0131lan santralin her bir \u00fcnitesi, <strong>1200 MW <\/strong>kapasiteyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak. Tesiste bu reakt\u00f6rlerden <strong>4 adet<\/strong> bulunuyor. <\/figure>\n<p>Akkuyu NGS, &#8220;Yap-Sahip Ol-\u0130\u015flet&#8221; modeliyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ilk n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrali projesi olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi de ta\u015f\u0131yor. Daha \u00f6nceki a\u00e7\u0131klamalara g\u00f6re Akkuyu NGS&#8217;nin t\u00fcm reakt\u00f6rlerinin 2028&#8217;e kadar hizmete girece\u011fi ve santralin y\u0131lda 35 milyar kilovatsaat elektrik \u00fcretece\u011fi belirtilmi\u015fti. T\u00fcrkiye, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar n\u00fckleer enerjide 20 GW kapasiteye ula\u015fmak istiyor. Akkuyu NGS, 4,8 GW&#8217;l\u0131k kapasite ekleyecek.
