<\/span> Tayvan merkezli yar\u0131 iletken devi TSMC<\/strong>, gelece\u011fe y\u00f6nelik s\u00fcre\u00e7 teknolojilerinde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir talep patlamas\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yor. \u015eirketin en yeni teknolojisi olan 2nm<\/strong> i\u015flem s\u00fcreci, hen\u00fcz piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fclmeden \u00f6nce bile 3nm<\/strong> teknolojisinden daha fazla ilgi g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. TSMC ise daha geli\u015fmi\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7 teknolojilerinin art\u0131k daha fazla gelir \u00fcretti\u011fini de belirtiyor. <\/figure>\n

TSMC, 2nm i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi g\u00f6r\u00fcyor<\/b><\/p>\n

TSMC’nin 2024’\u00fcn \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011fine ait gelir raporu, \u015firketin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir mali performans sergiledi\u011fini ortaya koyuyor. 2023’te elde edilen gelir rekorunu a\u015fan TSMC, 2024’te y\u00fczde 36\u2019l\u0131k bir y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015fla 23.50 milyar dolarl\u0131k gelir elde etti. \u015eirketin br\u00fct kar marj\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 57.8\u2019e \u00e7\u0131karak, ge\u00e7en y\u0131la k\u0131yasla y\u00fczde 3.5\u2019lik bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. TSMC\u2019ye g\u00f6re bu durum \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki be\u015f y\u0131l boyunca devam edecek.<\/p>\n

Gelir da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda, 5nm s\u00fcreci y\u00fczde 32\u2019lik pay ile ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekerken, 3nm y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik payla onu takip ediyor. Ancak 2nm<\/strong> s\u00fcrecinin 2025’te seri \u00fcretime<\/strong> ge\u00e7mesi beklenirken, bu yeni teknolojiye olan ilginin 3nm’yi h\u0131zla geride b\u0131rakaca\u011f\u0131<\/strong> \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. 2nm i\u015flemcilerin, ba\u015fta Apple, Nvidia ve AMD gibi teknoloji devleri taraf\u0131ndan yo\u011fun talep g\u00f6rmesi bekleniyor.<\/p>\n

<\/span> Mevcut bilgilere g\u00f6re TSMC, 2nm \u00fcretimini Tayvan\u2019da h\u0131zland\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Firman\u0131n 2027’ye kadar<\/strong> Baoshan ve Kaoshiung tesislerinde 100.000’den fazla wafer \u00fcretimi<\/strong> hedefledi\u011fi aktar\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130lk a\u015famada ise 30.000 ila 35.000 wafer \u00fcretimi planlan\u0131yor. Bu hedefler, TSMC\u2019nin 2nm s\u00fcrecindeki y\u00fcksek talebi kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ad\u0131m olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. TSMC\u2019nin yol haritas\u0131na g\u00f6re 2nm seri \u00fcretimi 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flayacak. S\u00fcrecin olgunla\u015fmas\u0131 biraz zaman alacak ve 2026\u2019ya kadar 3nm s\u00fcreci ana itici g\u00fc\u00e7 haline gelecek. <\/figure>\n

Bu arada TSMC’nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck rakiplerinden biri olan Samsung<\/strong> da 2nm teknolojisi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131yor ve seri \u00fcretime ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in son ayarlamalar\u0131 yap\u0131yor. G\u00fcney Koreli teknoloji devi 2nm\u2019nin hemen ard\u0131ndan 1.4nm teknolojisini de devreye sokmaya haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor. TSMC se 1.6nm (A16) i\u00e7in 2026\u2019y\u0131 hedefliyor. Samsung, halihaz\u0131rda verim konusunda sorunlar ya\u015f\u0131yor olsa da yeni s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde bunu \u00e7\u00f6zmesi halinde \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 \u015feyler konu\u015fmaya ba\u015flayabiliriz.<\/p>\n\n
