Rapora g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki e-ticaret b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi 2020 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana d\u00fczenli olarak art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Pandemi sonras\u0131, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131na ge\u00e7erken y\u00fczde 69 olan T\u00fcrkiye e-ticaret sat\u0131\u015f hacminin b\u00fcy\u00fcme oran\u0131 bir sonraki y\u0131l y\u00fczde 110 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 132 b\u00fcy\u00fcyen e-ticaret sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn sat\u0131\u015f hacmi 1.855 milyar TL&#8217;ye ula\u015ft\u0131. 2020-2021 ve 2021-2022 aras\u0131nda e-ticaret i\u015flem say\u0131s\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 45 ve y\u00fczde 43 b\u00fcy\u00fcrken 2023&#8217;te i\u015flem say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k b\u00fcy\u00fcme oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 23 oldu ve 6 milyar adete yak\u0131n e-ticaret i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin e-ticaret hacmi ABD dolar\u0131 baz\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde ise 2022-2023 y\u0131llar\u0131nda y\u00fczde 64 b\u00fcy\u00fcyen e-ticaret pazar\u0131, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda eri\u015fti\u011fi 78 milyar dolarl\u0131k b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fck ile payda\u015flar i\u00e7in gelece\u011fe dair umut verici bir tablo ortaya koymaya devam ediyor. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 1.9 milyar TL\u2019lik hacim de\u011feri ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki e-ticaret faaliyetleri, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda Gayrisafi Yurt \u0130\u00e7i Has\u0131lan\u0131n (GSY\u0130H) y\u00fczde 6.8\u2019ine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geldi. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki perakende e-ticaret hacmi ise, toplam perakende hacminden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 18,3\u2019l\u00fck pay ile dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde etkili oldu\u011funa i\u015faret etti. Bir yandan e-ticaretin GSY\u0130H\u2019den ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 payda devam eden art\u0131\u015f trendi, \u00f6te yandan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin di\u011fer \u00fclkelerle k\u0131yaslanmas\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan tablo, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de e-ticaret sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ciddi b\u00fcy\u00fcme potansiyelini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raporda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ba\u015fl\u0131klar \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131raland\u0131: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Ortalama sepet b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 108 b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc ve 255 TL artarak 492 TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi. Ortalama sepet tutar\u0131n\u0131n aylara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fimi incelendi\u011finde \u00e7e\u015fitli kampanyalar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu kas\u0131m ay\u0131 ortalama 795 TL ile ilk s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131. 2022\u2019de ilk s\u0131rada yer alan aral\u0131k ay\u0131 ise 2023\u2019te kas\u0131m ay\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ikinci s\u0131raya geriledi.<\/p>\n<p>-2023\u2019te \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan \u00f6zel al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f g\u00fcnlerine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u2018Black Friday\u2019 haftas\u0131 2022\u2019de oldu\u011fu gibi 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda da online al\u0131\u015fveri\u015flerde y\u0131l\u0131n en aktif haftas\u0131 oldu. \u201cBlack Friday\u201d ve \u201cOkula d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u201d haftas\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki zaman dilimlerinde i\u015flem hacmi, say\u0131s\u0131 ve ortalama sepet tutar\u0131n\u0131n genel ortalamaya oranlamas\u0131nda azalma g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Ortalama sepet tutar\u0131ndaki en y\u00fcksek harcama 941 TL ile \u201cBlack Friday\u201d haftas\u0131nda yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bu d\u00f6nemi ortalama 850 TL sepet tutar\u0131 ile \u201cSingle\u2019s Day\u201d izledi. Kitap ve k\u0131rtasiye \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetleri nedeniyle, okula d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f haftas\u0131 di\u011fer \u00f6zel g\u00fcnler aras\u0131nda ortalama 566 TL sepet tutar\u0131 ile en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck harcama yap\u0131lan d\u00f6nem olarak kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>-T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki 18-65 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yer alan m\u00fc\u015fterilerin demografik profili incelendi\u011finde, toplam e-ticaret hacminin y\u00fczde 42\u2019sini 26-35 ya\u015f grubu olu\u015fturdu. E-al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise 35 ya\u015f\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnde ya\u015f art\u0131k\u00e7a azald\u0131 ve 56-65 grubunda y\u00fczde 2\u2019ye kadar d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>-2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda k\u00fcresel e-ticaret \u00f6demelerinin y\u00fczde 63\u2019\u00fc kripto paralar, \u00f6n \u00f6demeli kartlar ve BNPL gibi \u00f6deme y\u00f6ntemlerini i\u00e7eren alternatif \u00f6deme y\u00f6ntemleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Geleneksel \u00f6deme y\u00f6ntemlerinin kullan\u0131m oran\u0131 k\u00fcresel ortalaman\u0131n neredeyse iki kat\u0131 olan T\u00fcrkiye, dijital finans ve \u00f6deme sistemleri alanlar\u0131nda h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fmeler g\u00f6stererek potansiyelini de\u011ferlendirmeye bu y\u0131l da devam etti.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>-iyzico ile \u00d6de y\u00f6ntemi kullanan sat\u0131c\u0131lar \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7en e-ticaret i\u015flemleri incelendi\u011finde kredi kart\u0131 ile yap\u0131lan \u00f6demelerin i\u015flem say\u0131lar\u0131nda y\u00fczde 50, sat\u0131\u015f hacminde ise y\u00fczde 65 pay ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la k\u0131yasla sat\u0131\u015f hacminde 12 puan art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steren kredi kart\u0131 \u00f6demeleri bu pay\u0131 havale, EFT ve di\u011fer \u00f6deme y\u00f6ntemlerinde ya\u015fanan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015ften ald\u0131. Kredi kartlar\u0131ndan sonra ikinci s\u0131rada yer alan banka kart\u0131 ile yap\u0131lan \u00f6demeler hem i\u015flem say\u0131s\u0131 hem de i\u015flem hacmi olarak y\u00fczde 1 civar\u0131nda pay kaybetti.<\/p>\n<p>-Bu y\u0131l\u0131n raporunda iyzico ile \u00d6de y\u00f6nteminin sat\u0131\u015f hacmindeki pay\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flem say\u0131s\u0131ndaki pay\u0131ndan y\u00fczde 50 daha fazla olmas\u0131 iyzico ile \u00d6de y\u00f6ntemini tercih eden t\u00fcketicilerin di\u011fer \u00f6deme y\u00f6ntemlerini tercih edenlere k\u0131yasla i\u015flem ba\u015f\u0131na daha y\u00fcksek mebla\u011f i\u00e7eren e-ticaret aktivitelerinde bulundu\u011funa i\u015faret etti.<\/p>\n<p>-Rapora g\u00f6re ilk 5 s\u0131rada yer alan sekt\u00f6rler toplam i\u015flem hacminin y\u00fczde 58,6\u2019s\u0131 ve toplam i\u015flem say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 50,2\u2019sini olu\u015fturdu. Moda ve aksesuar sekt\u00f6r\u00fc birincili\u011fini korumas\u0131na ra\u011fmen hem pazar hem i\u015flem pay\u0131nda 7\u2019\u015fer puan kaybetti. \u0130kinci s\u0131radaki elektronik ve teknoloji sekt\u00f6r\u00fc pazar pay\u0131n\u0131 2 puan i\u015flem pay\u0131n\u0131 ise 0,6 puan art\u0131rd\u0131. Kozmetik ve ki\u015fisel bak\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ise pazar pay\u0131 g\u00f6rece stabil kalmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, i\u015flem pay\u0131 12 puana yak\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Benzer durum turizm ve seyahat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de ya\u015fand\u0131, pazar pay\u0131 0,5 puan artan turizm ve seyahat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u015flem pay\u0131nda 2 puana yak\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ya\u015fad\u0131. Hizmet sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ise pazar pay\u0131nda 0,2 puan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6sterirken, i\u015flem pay\u0131n\u0131 4,6 puan art\u0131rd\u0131 ve i\u015flem pay\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan y\u00fczde 28,0\u2019l\u0131k i\u015flem pay\u0131na sahip yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecek sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan ikinci s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>-Sat\u0131c\u0131 aktiviteleri co\u011frafi b\u00f6lge baz\u0131nda incelendi\u011finde, sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 62,8\u2019ine sahip Marmara B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nin sat\u0131c\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ilk s\u0131ray\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlendi. Marmara\u2019y\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 12,6 ile \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu, y\u00fczde 11,4 ile Ege B\u00f6lgesi izledi. Son s\u0131ray\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 1,2 ile Do\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi ald\u0131. \u0130stanbul, sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde bulundurarak, sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n \u015fehirlere g\u00f6re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k ara farkla ilk s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131. Ayn\u0131 zamanda \u0130stanbul\u2019daki sat\u0131c\u0131lar \u00fclkemizdeki toplam e-ticaret hacminin y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131n\u0131, toplam e-ticaret i\u015flem say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 77\u2019sini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek \u0130stanbul\u2019un bu a\u00e7\u0131lardan da a\u00e7\u0131k ara farkla liderli\u011fini korumas\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>-E-ticaret i\u015flem say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n saat dilimlerine g\u00f6re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde \u200b2022\u2019de oldu\u011fu gibi 2023\u2019te de i\u015flem say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011flen ve ak\u015fam saatlerinde homojen da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlendi. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n m\u00fc\u015fterilerin gece ve sabah erken saatlerde daha az i\u015flem yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. 15.00-18.00 aras\u0131 zirve noktas\u0131na ula\u015fan i\u015flem yo\u011funlu\u011fu; saat 18.00\u2019dan sonra azalmaya ba\u015flad\u0131, 03.00-06.00 aras\u0131nda dip noktas\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131 ve 06.00 sonras\u0131nda art\u0131\u015fa ge\u00e7ti. 12.00\u2019dan 00.00\u2019a kadar olan \u200bsaat diliminde i\u015flemlerin %70\u2019inden fazlas\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f olmas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekti.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>iyzico Sat\u0131\u015f ve Pazarlamadan Sorumlu Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u015eebnem Da\u011f G\u00fcven<\/strong>, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki e-ticaret sat\u0131\u015f hacminin 2020 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren d\u00fczenli b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye devam etti\u011fini belirterek, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201c2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 132 b\u00fcy\u00fcyen e-ticaretin sat\u0131\u015f hacmi 1.855 milyar TL&#8217;ye ula\u015ft\u0131 ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 6 milyar adet e-ticaret i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Dijitalle\u015fmenin ve e-ticaretin destek\u00e7isi olarak iyzico\u2019da i\u015flem adedimiz 215 milyon, i\u015flem hacmimiz 130 milyar TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi. <strong>Kartl\u0131 \u00f6demeler verilerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise e-ticaretin pay\u0131n\u0131n 2023 sonunda y\u00fczde 27\u2019ye hatta \u00a02024\u2019\u00fcn ilk 5 ay\u0131 sonunda y\u00fczde 29 seviyelerine geldi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bizim i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli olan iyzico ile \u00d6de \u00f6deme y\u00f6ntemimizin kullan\u0131c\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 y\u00fczde 55 artt\u0131 ve bireysel kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 6 milyonu buldu. <\/strong>\u00d6zellikle dijital c\u00fczdan\u0131m\u0131z iyzico ile \u00d6de ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimiz \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lan i\u015flem adetlerindeki paylar giderek art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z orta vadeli stratejide, payda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yol arkada\u015f\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131z demi\u015ftik. Dijitalle\u015fme yoluyla performans ve verimliliklerde sa\u011flanacak art\u0131\u015f\u0131n, \u00fclkemizin ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funun fark\u0131nday\u0131z. Hem genel ba\u011flamda hem de perakende \u00f6zelinde e-ticaretin T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisindeki konumunu g\u00f6steren bu geli\u015fmeler, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin e-ticaret potansiyelinin \u00f6nde gelen g\u00f6stergeleri aras\u0131nda kabul edilebilir. Pazar\u0131n daha da b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi i\u00e7in e-ihracat\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ve kullan\u0131c\u0131 firmalar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Hedef pazarlarda \u00fcr\u00fcnleri test etmek, m\u00fc\u015fteri deneyiminden faydalanarak yeni \u00fcr\u00fcnler geli\u015ftirmek ve mevcut \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde inovatif yakla\u015f\u0131mlar geli\u015ftirmek sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak etmenler olarak ele al\u0131nmal\u0131. E-ticaretin GSY\u0130H\u2019den ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay, art\u0131\u015f trendi g\u00f6sterse de di\u011fer \u00fclkelerle k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de e-ticaret a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hala bir potansiyel bulundu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.
