Taraflar Konferans\u0131\u2019nda (<strong>COP29<\/strong>) <strong>2050 net s\u0131f\u0131r <\/strong>hedefine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in n\u00fckleer enerjinin \u00f6nemi bir kez daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde dile getirildi. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l Dubai\u2019de d\u00fczenlenen COP28\u2019de ABD\u2019nin ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve n\u00fckleer alan\u0131nda \u00f6nde gelen Fransa, Japonya ve G\u00fcney Kore gibi \u00fclkeler imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 &#8220;<strong>N\u00fckleer Enerjiyi \u00dc\u00e7 Kat\u0131na \u00c7\u0131karma Deklarasyonu<\/strong>&#8220;na bu y\u0131l 6 \u00fclke daha imza att\u0131. \u0130mzac\u0131lardan biri de <strong>T\u00fcrkiye <\/strong>oldu. <\/figure>\n<p>Deklarasyon, k\u00fcresel g\u00fcndemin merkezinde yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde yer alan n\u00fckleer enerjinin elektrik \u00fcretimindeki pay\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefliyor. T\u00fcrkiye de att\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu imza ile taraf olan di\u011fer \u00fclkeler gibi k\u00fcresel n\u00fckleer enerji kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda 3 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karma konusunda ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma taahh\u00fcd\u00fcnde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n 2050&#8217;de net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedefine ula\u015fabilmesi ve k\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n 1,5 dereceyle s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in n\u00fckleer enerjinin kilit bir rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair fikir birli\u011fi s\u00f6z konusu. Bu ba\u011flamda deklarasyonu imzalayan \u00fclke say\u0131s\u0131 31\u2019e y\u00fckselmi\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n<p><b>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin hedefi 20 GW<\/b><\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/nukleer-enerji-uc-katina-cikarilacak-turkiyenin-hedefi-20-gw-1-sc1kVaNW.jpg\"\/> <\/span> T\u00fcrkiye, mevcut ve gelecekteki projelerde n\u00fckleer enerjide \u00f6nemli bir oyuncu olacak. Halihaz\u0131rda in\u015fa s\u00fcreci devam eden ve toplam kapasitesi 4,8 GW olan <strong>Akkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali<\/strong>\u2019nin (NGS) ilk reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn <strong>2025\u2019te<\/strong> devreye girmesi hedefleniyor. Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin <strong>2028 sonuna kadar<\/strong> ise tam kapasite ile faaliyete ge\u00e7mesi planlan\u0131yor. Akkuyu NGS devreye girdi\u011finde tek ba\u015f\u0131na T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n <strong>y\u00fczde 10\u2019unu<\/strong> kar\u015f\u0131layacak. <\/figure>\n<p>Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakan\u0131 <strong>Alparslan Bayraktar<\/strong> yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada <strong>Sinop<\/strong> ve <strong>Trakya<\/strong> b\u00f6lgelerinde iki n\u00fckleer santral daha yapmay\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fck n\u00fckleer santrallerin yan\u0131na yeni nesil <strong>k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck mod\u00fcler reakt\u00f6rleri<\/strong> de dahil etmeyi planlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. <em>\u201c<strong>2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 20 GW n\u00fckleer<\/strong> kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc devreye alarak net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedefine katk\u0131 sunaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131za inan\u0131yoruz.\u201d<\/em> ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><b>N\u00fckleer enerji 3 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak<\/b><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya N\u00fckleer Derne\u011fi (World Nuclear Association) verilerine g\u00f6re n\u00fckleer enerji \u015fu anda d\u00fcnya elektri\u011finin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 9&#8217;unu 440 civar\u0131ndaki santralden sa\u011fl\u0131yor. 31 \u00fclkede kurulu olan santraller 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda 2602 TWh elektrik sa\u011flad\u0131. Toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 kapasitesi ise <strong>400 GW<\/strong> civar\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p>COP hedeflerine g\u00f6re hedef <strong>2050\u2019ye kadar<\/strong> bunu <strong>1200 GW\u2019a<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131karmak. ABD n\u00fckleer kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcne ilave 200 GW ekleyece\u011fini duyurdu.
