Erimi\u015f tuzlar\u0131n y\u00fcksek kaynama noktalar\u0131, reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bas\u0131n\u00e7ta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na olanak tan\u0131yor. Reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn i\u00e7inde \u00e7ak\u0131l ta\u015f\u0131 formunda \u201crastgele paketlenmi\u015f\u201d \u00fc\u00e7 yap\u0131sal ISOtropik (<strong>TRISO<\/strong>) par\u00e7ac\u0131k yak\u0131t\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131rken yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>y\u00fczde 20 oran\u0131nda zenginle\u015ftirilmi\u015f<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyeli <strong>uranyum<\/strong> (HALEU) i\u00e7eriyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Hermes 2, 20MWe elektrik \u00fcretecek<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Aral\u0131k 2023&#8217;te Kairos Power, ABD&#8217;de in\u015faat onay\u0131 alan ilk d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc nesil reakt\u00f6r\u00fc olan Hermes Low-Power Demonstration Reactor (Hermes 1) in\u015fa etmek i\u00e7in NRC&#8217;den onay alm\u0131\u015f ve ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz aylarda in\u015faata ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu reakt\u00f6r sadece sistem entegrasyonunu ve operasyonel g\u00fcvenli\u011fi g\u00f6stermek amac\u0131yla in\u015fa ediliyor.
