En \u00e7ok hangi ara\u00e7lar h\u0131zl\u0131 sat\u0131l\u0131yor?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018TALEP SIFIRA KAYDI\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili t\u00fcm merak edilenleri \u0130stanbul Motorlu Ara\u00e7 Sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 Derne\u011fi (\u0130MAS) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hayrettin Ertemel, milliyet.com.tr\u2019ye de\u011ferlendirdi. Ertemel konu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131: \u201c\u0130kinci el otomobil piyasas\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k bir y\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcregelen ciddi bir daralma s\u00f6z konusu. Bu daralman\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck etkenlerinin ba\u015f\u0131nda krediye eri\u015fimde ya\u015fanan zorluklar ve y\u00fcksek faiz oranlar\u0131 geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan di\u011fer \u00f6nemli unsurlardan bir tanesi ise var olan mevcut talebin neredeyse tamam\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131f\u0131r otomobilde olmas\u0131. Son aylarda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen kampanyalar ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck fiyat g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc kullan\u0131c\u0131 tercihini bu alana \u00e7ekti\u011finden, ikinci el piyasas\u0131nda ya\u015fanan daralma etkisini g\u00f6stermeye devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Otomotiv piyasas\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131f\u0131r ve ikinci el kanad\u0131 farkl\u0131 dinamiklere sahip olsa da birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131 ve otomotiv ticaret zincirinin di\u011fer halkalar\u0131n\u0131 da etkileyen iki \u00f6nemli alan. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla mevcut talebin sadece bir alanda yo\u011funla\u015fmas\u0131 gerek ticaretin seyri gerekse i\u00e7 dinamikler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan uzun vadede negatif sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furabilece\u011fi kanaatindeyiz. Yap\u0131lan indirimler her daim arzu etti\u011fimiz sonu\u00e7lar olsa da anl\u0131k yap\u0131lan %10-15 oran\u0131nda indirimler sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn di\u011fer payda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n finansal planlamalar\u0131n\u0131 negatif etkiledi\u011fi gibi, bu otomobilleri \u00f6nceden alan kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 da benzer \u015fekilde etkileyebilmektedir. Bu noktada bilgiye eri\u015fimin olduk\u00e7a k\u0131ymetli oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcndeyiz. Planl\u0131 ve \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir fiyat stratejileri, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 yoluna devam etmesi i\u00e7in faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SIFIRDA KAMPANYALAR NE DURUMDA?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen kampanyalar ve olu\u015fan uygun fiyat g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc neticesinde kullan\u0131c\u0131 tercihinin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu s\u0131f\u0131r otomobilden yana. GSR y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine uymayan ara\u00e7 stoklar\u0131n\u0131n eritilmesi maksad\u0131yla kampanyalar\u0131n dozaj\u0131 son aylarda art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. Bu ara\u00e7lara dair stoklar\u0131n erimesiyle birlikte, kampanyalar y\u0131l sonuna kadar devam etse dahi birka\u00e7 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda dozaj\u0131 bir miktar daha azalacakt\u0131r. \u00d6te yandan GSR y\u00f6netmeli\u011finin yarataca\u011f\u0131 ek maliyetler sebebiyle 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde s\u0131f\u0131r otomobil fiyatlar\u0131nda bir miktar art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6rebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARACINI ELDEN \u00c7IKARMAK \u0130STEYEN F\u0130YAT KIRIYOR MU?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u0131f\u0131r otomobil piyasas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k \u0130kinci el otomobil fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen farkl\u0131 dinamikler s\u00f6z konusu. Bu alanda s\u0131f\u0131r otomobilde oldu\u011fu oranlarda karl\u0131l\u0131k s\u00f6z konusu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, indirim olana\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayabiliyor. Gerek maliyetler gerekse s\u0131f\u0131r otomobilde daha fazla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f olmayaca\u011f\u0131 beklentisinden dolay\u0131, ikinci el otomobilde daha fazla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f \u00f6ng\u00f6rm\u00fcyoruz. Bunun tam aksine GSR kaynakl\u0131 maliyet art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n fiyatlara yans\u0131mas\u0131 ile beraber ikinci el otomobil fiyatlar\u0131nda da bir miktar art\u0131\u015flar g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BU OTOMOB\u0130LLER HIZLI SATILIYOR!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci el piyasas\u0131nda s\u0131f\u0131r\/ikinci el fiyat makas\u0131 g\u00f6zetilen 3 ya\u015fa kadar otomobillerin h\u0131zl\u0131 sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bunun \u00f6ncelikli sebebi t\u00fcketici tercihinin gen\u00e7 model y\u0131l\u0131na sahip yeni jenerasyon otomobillerden yana olmas\u0131. Di\u011fer yandan her ya\u015f ve fiyat aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda otomobil fiyat makas\u0131 g\u00f6zetildi\u011fi taktirde al\u0131c\u0131 bulabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SIFIRDA KAMPANYA SONLANIRSA \u0130K\u0130NC\u0130 EL CANLANIR MI?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GSR kaynakl\u0131 sunulan kampanyalar\u0131n ara\u00e7 stoklar\u0131n\u0131n erimesi ile birka\u00e7 ay i\u00e7inde sonlanaca\u011f\u0131 kanaatindeyiz. Sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te her y\u0131l d\u00fczenlenen y\u0131l sonu kampanyalar\u0131 t\u00fcketicilere sunulacakt\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te d\u00f6vizde de\u011fi\u015fim oldu\u011fu takdirde d\u00f6vize ba\u011fl\u0131 ya da GSR kaynakl\u0131 fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada artan fiyatlar sebebiyle t\u00fcketici y\u00f6nelimi ikinci el otomobile kayacakt\u0131r. GSR y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi etkisi olmasayd\u0131 beklenti yaz aylar\u0131nda talebin ikinci el otomobile kaymas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeydi. May\u0131s ay\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015fen s\u0131f\u0131r otomobil sat\u0131\u015f adetleri ve ikinci el ortalama sat\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 bu \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn ilk sinyalleri olarak verilere yans\u0131yordu. GSR\u2019nin bu s\u00fcreci bir s\u00fcre \u00f6teledi\u011fini ve s\u0131f\u0131r otomobil sat\u0131\u015f adetlerine can suyu oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.
