<\/span> \u00c7in merkezli enerji depolama \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri \u00fcreticisi EVE Energy<\/strong>, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck batarya enerji depolama sistemi<\/strong> (BESS) \u00fcretim tesisini hizmete a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duyurdu. Hubei Eyaleti Jingmen \u015eehri\u2019nde yer alan 60 GWh<\/strong> kapasiteli batarya \u00fcretim tesisinin ilk faz\u0131 ileri otomasyon teknolojileriyle donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. Tesis, ayr\u0131ca 600Ah+ y\u00fcksek kapasiteli pil h\u00fccrelerini seri olarak \u00fcreten ilk fabrika olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. <\/figure>\n

LFP bataryalar \u00fcretilecek<\/b><\/p>\n

Tesisin ana \u00fcretim oda\u011f\u0131, 628Ah<\/strong> kapasiteli MB56<\/strong> adl\u0131 lityum demir fosfat<\/strong> (LFP) h\u00fccreler olacak. Her bir MB56 h\u00fccresi, 2.009 kWh enerji kapasitesine sahip ve y\u00fczde 96\u2019dan y\u00fcksek enerji verimlili\u011fi sunuyor. Devreye al\u0131nan \u00fcretim hatt\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fcretim kapasitesi ise 17 GWh. \u00d6te yandan bu yeni nesil h\u00fccreler, \u00f6zellikle yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla birlikte uzun s\u00fcreli enerji depolama ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamay\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/p>\n

<\/span> EVE Energy, y\u00fcksek kapasiteli enerji depolama h\u00fccreleri geli\u015ftirme yolculu\u011funa 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda 560Ah h\u00fccrelerin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131yla ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda, kapasite, enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fu, maliyet verimlili\u011fi, g\u00fcvenlik ve entegrasyon alanlar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli ilerlemeler kaydedildi. <\/figure>\n

Tesis, toplamda 80\u2019den fazla ileri ekipman teknolojisiyle tamamen otomatik ve y\u00fcksek verimlilikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131. \u00dcretim hatt\u0131, saniyede 1.5 h\u00fccre, dakikada 4 batarya paketi ve g\u00fcnde 40 adet 5 MWh<\/strong> konteyner tipi depolama sistemi<\/strong> \u00fcretebilecek kapasitede.<\/p>\n

\u00dcretimde kullan\u0131lan ak\u0131ll\u0131 h\u00fccre teknolojisi sayesinde h\u00fccrelerin s\u0131cakl\u0131k, gaz seviyesi ve \u00f6m\u00fcr d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc gibi parametreleri ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131 olarak izlenebiliyor. MB56 h\u00fccresi geli\u015ftirilirken ise tasar\u0131m \u00fczerinde optimizasyonlar gidilerek h\u00fccre direnci ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131nma riskleri iyile\u015ftirilerek termal y\u00f6netim geli\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n

EVE Energy, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 sonu itibar\u0131yla toplam 50 GWh enerji depolama ve 81 GWh elektrikli ara\u00e7 bataryas\u0131 \u00fcretim kapasitesine ula\u015fmay\u0131 hedefliyor. 2025<\/strong> y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla ise toplam \u00fcretim kapasitesinin 220 GWh\u2019a<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bunun 101 GWh\u2019l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n enerji depolama \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerinden gelmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n
