Hubei Eyaleti Jingmen \u015eehri\u2019nde yer alan <strong>60 GWh<\/strong> kapasiteli batarya \u00fcretim tesisinin ilk faz\u0131 ileri otomasyon teknolojileriyle donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. Tesis, ayr\u0131ca 600Ah+ y\u00fcksek kapasiteli pil h\u00fccrelerini seri olarak \u00fcreten ilk fabrika olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. <\/figure>\n<p><b>LFP bataryalar \u00fcretilecek<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Tesisin ana \u00fcretim oda\u011f\u0131, <strong>628Ah<\/strong> kapasiteli <strong>MB56<\/strong> adl\u0131 <strong>lityum demir fosfat<\/strong> (LFP) h\u00fccreler olacak. Her bir MB56 h\u00fccresi, 2.009 kWh enerji kapasitesine sahip ve y\u00fczde 96\u2019dan y\u00fcksek enerji verimlili\u011fi sunuyor. Devreye al\u0131nan \u00fcretim hatt\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fcretim kapasitesi ise 17 GWh. \u00d6te yandan bu yeni nesil h\u00fccreler, \u00f6zellikle yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla birlikte uzun s\u00fcreli enerji depolama ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamay\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/dunyanin-en-buyuk-enerji-depolama-fabrikasi-acildi-kapasite-60-gwh-1-EhP2QsAj.jpg\"\/> <\/span> EVE Energy, y\u00fcksek kapasiteli enerji depolama h\u00fccreleri geli\u015ftirme yolculu\u011funa 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda 560Ah h\u00fccrelerin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131yla ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda, kapasite, enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fu, maliyet verimlili\u011fi, g\u00fcvenlik ve entegrasyon alanlar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli ilerlemeler kaydedildi. <\/figure>\n<p>Tesis, toplamda 80\u2019den fazla ileri ekipman teknolojisiyle tamamen otomatik ve y\u00fcksek verimlilikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131. \u00dcretim hatt\u0131, saniyede 1.5 h\u00fccre, dakikada 4 batarya paketi ve <strong>g\u00fcnde 40 adet 5 MWh<\/strong> <strong>konteyner tipi depolama sistemi<\/strong> \u00fcretebilecek kapasitede.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcretimde kullan\u0131lan ak\u0131ll\u0131 h\u00fccre teknolojisi sayesinde h\u00fccrelerin s\u0131cakl\u0131k, gaz seviyesi ve \u00f6m\u00fcr d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc gibi parametreleri ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131 olarak izlenebiliyor.
