{"id":123974,"date":"2025-10-11T22:24:12","date_gmt":"2025-10-11T22:24:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/?p=123974"},"modified":"2025-10-11T22:24:12","modified_gmt":"2025-10-11T22:24:12","slug":"osblerde-elektrik-piyasasi-faaliyetlerine-duzenleme-geldi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/index.php\/2025\/10\/11\/osblerde-elektrik-piyasasi-faaliyetlerine-duzenleme-geldi\/","title":{"rendered":"OSB&#8217;lerde elektrik piyasas\u0131 faaliyetlerine d\u00fczenleme geldi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p>Resmi Gazete&#8217;de yay\u0131mlanan \u201cOrganize Sanayi B\u00f6lgelerinin Elektrik Piyasas\u0131 Faaliyetlerine \u0130li\u015fkin Y\u00f6netmelik\u201d ile Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgeleri Kanununa g\u00f6re kurulan OSB&#8217;lerin, OSB da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ve \u00fcretim lisans\u0131 alarak elektrik piyasas\u0131nda faaliyette bulunmak istemeleri halinde, bulunabilecekleri faaliyetlere ili\u015fkin hak ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>EPDK&#8217;dan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, bug\u00fcne kadar, EPDK taraf\u0131ndan 208 adet OSB da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m lisans\u0131 ve 3 adet OSB \u00fcretim lisans\u0131 verildi\u011fi belirtilerek, \u201c19 Ocak 2002 tarihli ve 24645 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete&#8217;de yay\u0131mlanan End\u00fcstri B\u00f6lgeleri Kanununun 14\/A maddesine 27 Ekim 2022 tarihinde yay\u0131mlanan 7419 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun ile eklenen h\u00fck\u00fcmlerle end\u00fcstri b\u00f6lgelerinin de OSB&#8217;ler gibi elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ve \u00fcretimi faaliyetlerinde bulunabilmelerinin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup, s\u00f6z konusu maddeye eklenen on \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc f\u0131krada end\u00fcstri b\u00f6lgelerinde elektri\u011fin da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m, \u00fcretim ve i\u015fletme faaliyetlerine ili\u015fkin usul ve esaslar\u0131n, Kurumumuz taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenece\u011fi h\u00fck\u00fcm alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
