Y\u0131l genelinde ise 2023\u2019\u00fcn ilk 6 ay\u0131nda 3 milyon 918 bin 848 olan pazar bu y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neminde y\u00fczde 17,7 daralarak, 3 milyon 224 bin 873 adette kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Motorlu Ara\u00e7 Sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 Federasyonu Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ayd\u0131n Erko\u00e7, ikinci el piyasas\u0131nda ya\u015fanan durgunlu\u011fun bir\u00e7ok sebebi oldu\u011funu belirterek, &#8220;Banka kredi faiz oranlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek, vade say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ise d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131, ayr\u0131ca vatanda\u015f\u0131n krediye eri\u015fiminin k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 olmas\u0131 ara\u00e7 piyasas\u0131n\u0131n durgun seyretmesine sebep olmu\u015ftu. T\u00fcm bunlar s\u00fcrerken bayiler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan s\u0131f\u0131r ara\u00e7ta kampanyalar ve bayilerin finansmana eri\u015fimde sundu\u011fu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler ikinci el piyasas\u0131n\u0131 durma noktas\u0131na getirdi. Ayr\u0131ca y\u00fcksek getirisi sebebiyle vatanda\u015flar\u0131n toplu paras\u0131n\u0131 mevduat faizinde de\u011ferlendirmek istemesi, bu sebeple ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6telemesi de piyasan\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir engel olu\u015fturuyor&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Sonbaharla birlikte fiyatlarda art\u0131\u015f beklendi\u011fini belirten Erko\u00e7, &#8220;\u015eu an fiyatlar olmas\u0131 gereken seviyelerde devam ediyor. Banka kredi faizleri tepe seviyeleri g\u00f6rd\u00fc, art\u0131k yatay bir seyir, hatta faiz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fleri de bekleniyor. D\u00f6vizde ise bir miktar y\u00fckseli\u015f ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu durumda vatanda\u015flar\u0131n bankadaki mevduatlar\u0131n\u0131 ara\u00e7 ve gayrimenkul al\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6neltmesi bekleniyor. Do\u011fal olarak talebin artmas\u0131, piyasan\u0131n hareketlenmesi ve fiyatlarda y\u00fckseli\u015f bekleniyor. Sonbahar \u00f6ncesi fiyatlar y\u00fckselmeden temmuz a\u011fustos d\u00f6nemleri ara\u00e7 almak, ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in en do\u011fru zaman&#8221; dedi.
