Kore \u0130leri Bilim ve Teknoloji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;nden (<strong>KAIST<\/strong>) ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, kolon <strong>kanseri h\u00fccrelerini<\/strong> genetik bir m\u00fcdahale ile <strong>sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 h\u00fccrelere<\/strong> d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeyi ba\u015fard\u0131. Ancak bu y\u00f6ntemler s\u0131kl\u0131kla sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 h\u00fccrelerin ve dokular\u0131n da zarar g\u00f6rmesine neden oluyor. Tedavi ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funda kanser kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nsa da yan etkiler hastalar\u0131n ya\u015fam kalitesini ciddi \u015fekilde etkileyebiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>KAIST ekibinin geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi yeni y\u00f6ntem ise farkl\u0131 bir yol izliyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, kanser h\u00fccrelerini \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek yerine, bu h\u00fccrelerin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 h\u00fccrelere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesini sa\u011flayan <strong>genetik bir mekanizma<\/strong> ke\u015ffetti. MYB, HDAC2 ve FOXA2 adl\u0131 bu molek\u00fcller bask\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, <strong>kolon kanseri h\u00fccreleri sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir duruma geri d\u00f6nd\u00fc<\/strong>. <\/figure>\n<p>Deneyler, dijital modellemeler, molek\u00fcler deneyler ve fareler \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan testlerle do\u011fruland\u0131.
