AA muhabirinin, 2026 Y\u0131l\u0131 Merkezi Y\u00f6netim B\u00fct\u00e7e Kanunu Teklifi’nden yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 derlemeye g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye, havac\u0131l\u0131k ve uzay alan\u0131ndaki k\u00fcresel rekabette konumunu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek amac\u0131yla gelecek y\u0131l da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecek.<\/p>\n
Bu kapsamda, uluslararas\u0131 standartlara uygun olarak sivil havac\u0131l\u0131k g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve u\u00e7u\u015f emniyetinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik mevzuat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam edecek.<\/p>\n
\u0130kili ve \u00e7ok tarafl\u0131 hava ula\u015ft\u0131rma anla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n takibine ili\u015fkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar gelecek y\u0131l da s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n
T\u00fcm bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla birlikte ge\u00e7en y\u0131l 16 bin 290 olan \u00fclkedeki lisansl\u0131 pilot say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, y\u0131l sonunda 16 bin 939’a ula\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu say\u0131n\u0131n, gelecek y\u0131l da 17 bin 102 olmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
Lisansl\u0131 pilot say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 2027’de 17 bin 816’ya, 2028’de de 18 bin 127’ye ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Bu geli\u015fimin, havac\u0131l\u0131k alan\u0131ndaki k\u00fcresel rekabette \u00fclkeye avantaj sa\u011flamas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. Lisansl\u0131 balon pilotu say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da gelecek y\u0131l 723, 2027’de 732 ve 2028’de 747 olmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Denetimler artarak s\u00fcrecek<\/strong><\/p>\n T\u00fcrkiye’nin bu sekt\u00f6rde g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi i\u00e7in sivil havac\u0131l\u0131k denetimleri de kesintisiz s\u00fcrecek. Y\u0131l sonuna kadar 1708’i bulmas\u0131 beklenen denetim say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, gelecek y\u0131l 2 bin 399, 2027’de 2 bin 485 ve 2028’de 2 bin 664 olmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n T\u00fcrkiye’nin sivil havac\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetlerindeki standartlara eksiksiz uyumu da hedefler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.
