Cihan’\u0131 emniyet binas\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcnde Bor\u00e7ka Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ercan Orhan, Kemalpa\u015fa Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Erhan Y\u0131lmaz, CHP \u0130l Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Orhan Atan ve baz\u0131 partililer kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131.<\/p>\n
Yakla\u015f\u0131k 3,5 saat s\u00fcren ifadenin ard\u0131ndan gazetecilere a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulunan Cihan, bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce \u0130stanbul Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Mali Su\u00e7lar \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan ifadeye \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
\u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesinde g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 2019-2024 y\u0131llar\u0131na dair konularda ifade verdi\u011fini belirten Cihan, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n
“Tamam\u0131 \u0130BB’deki s\u00fcre\u00e7ler ve \u0130BB’deki ihalelere ili\u015fkin sorulard\u0131. Biz de b\u00fct\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131kla, b\u00fct\u00fcn sorular\u0131 cevaplad\u0131k. G\u00f6revimizin gere\u011fi, ihale y\u00f6ntemlerine ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yapt\u0131k. Dosyan\u0131n geneline ili\u015fkin, ihale y\u00f6ntemlerine ili\u015fkin sorular vard\u0131. Ben hem \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesinde hem \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesinde 15 y\u0131ld\u0131r ve \u015fimdi de Hopa Belediyesinde 2 y\u0131ld\u0131r g\u00f6revimi lay\u0131k\u0131yla yerine getirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorum. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015flemlerde, b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda tabii ki kamunun yarar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zeten bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorum. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz d\u00f6nem de b\u00f6yleydi, \u015fimdiki s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde de b\u00f6yle. Bundan sonra da b\u00f6yle olacak. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla b\u00fct\u00fcn sorulara aln\u0131m\u0131z ak bir \u015fekilde cevaplar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 verdik, ifademizi tamamlad\u0131k.”<\/p>\n
Cihan, kendisi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u0130BB’de g\u00f6rev yapm\u0131\u015f ki\u015filerin de ifadelerine ba\u015fvuruldu\u011funa de\u011finerek “O d\u00f6neme ili\u015fkin bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 y\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Biz yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her i\u015flemin arkas\u0131nday\u0131z. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n arkas\u0131nday\u0131z.
