Belediyeler \u00fczerlerine d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6revi yerine getirip bunlar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmekten sorumlu. Bat\u0131l\u0131 belediyeler genelde \u015fehir i\u00e7ine elektrikli ara\u00e7 giri\u015fini serbest b\u0131rak\u0131rken, fosilli ara\u00e7lara ciddi \u00fccret \u00f6dettirmeyi se\u00e7iyor. \u00c7inli y\u00f6netimler ise elektrikli ara\u00e7lara plaka verirken fosil yak\u0131tl\u0131 ara\u00e7lara plaka vermeyerek ya da ciddi kota uygulayarak elektrikli ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik ediyor. <\/figure>\n<p>\u00c7in&#8217;in <strong>Guangzhou<\/strong> \u015fehri ise toplu ta\u015f\u0131mada tamamen elektrikli otob\u00fcslere ge\u00e7erek karbon emisyonunu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeyi ve sessiz, temiz bir ula\u015f\u0131m altyap\u0131s\u0131 kurmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131. <strong>12 bin elektrikli otob\u00fcs<\/strong> ve <strong>10 bin elektrikli taksi<\/strong> hizmete sunuldu.\u00a0\u015eehrin taksi filosunun ise y\u00fczde 50\u2019si elektrikli hale getirildi Toplam 24 milyon insan\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fehirde \u0130stanbul\u2019un 2 kat\u0131 otob\u00fcs (12 bin) bulunurken taksi say\u0131s\u0131 olarak \u0130stanbul&#8217;la e\u015fit miktarda 20 bin taksi bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/cinin-guangzhou-sehrinde-elektrikli-otobus-ve-taksiler-ile-hava-kirliligi-azaldi-1-gW6VTKvA.jpg\"\/> <\/span> \u015eehir i\u00e7indeki elektrikli ara\u00e7lar ve elektrikli toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma i\u00e7in toplam 400 \u015farj noktas\u0131nda 8 bin \u015farj istasyonu kurulmu\u015f. \u0130stanbul\u2019da ise toplam 12 bin soket mevcut. <\/figure>\n<p>\u015eehirde elektrikli ara\u00e7lara ge\u00e7i\u015fle birlikte <strong>PM2.5<\/strong> partik\u00fcl seviyeleri <strong>y\u00fczde 40<\/strong> azalm\u0131\u015f\u00a0ve toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma i\u00e7in t\u00fcketilen toplam enerji miktar\u0131 <strong>y\u00fczde 50<\/strong> azalm\u0131\u015f. Y\u0131ll\u0131k 1 milyar ton karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7i\u015fmi\u015f. Elektrikli otob\u00fcslerin di\u011fer b\u00fcy\u00fck art\u0131s\u0131 ise \u015fehir i\u00e7i <strong>ses kirlili\u011fini<\/strong> ciddi derecede azaltmas\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/cinin-guangzhou-sehrinde-elektrikli-otobus-ve-taksiler-ile-hava-kirliligi-azaldi-2-EnHDCzCV.jpg\"\/> <\/span> Eskiyen ve kapasiteleri d\u00fc\u015fen elektrikli otob\u00fcs bataryalar\u0131 ise g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgar\u0131n fazla oldu\u011fu durumlarda kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere sabit batarya olarak kullan\u0131lmakta. Bunuda yine belediyenin y\u00f6netti\u011fi Batarya Hastanesinde yap\u0131lmakta. <\/figure>\n<p>Pil \u00f6mr\u00fc sona biten otob\u00fcs bataryalar\u0131 ise \u201c<strong>Batarya Hastanesi<\/strong>\u201d ad\u0131 verilen merkezlerde geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclerek g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgar\u0131n fazla oldu\u011fu durumlarda kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere sabit enerji depolama sistemlerinde yeniden hizmet veriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ortalama <strong>200 kWh<\/strong> kapasiteye sahip bataryalar, <strong>300 km menzille<\/strong> bir g\u00fcnl\u00fck kullan\u0131m i\u00e7in yeterli enerji sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Elektrikli otob\u00fcsler ilk yat\u0131r\u0131mda pahal\u0131 olsa da kilometre ba\u015f\u0131na %10 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck i\u015fletme maliyeti sunuyor. Belediyenin g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sistemleriyle entegrasyon planlar\u0131 ise bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc daha da ekonomik hale getirebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Ortalama bir elektrikli otob\u00fcste 200 kWh kapasiteye sahip bir batarya, 300 km menzille bir g\u00fcnl\u00fck sefer i\u00e7in yeterli enerji sa\u011fl\u0131yor.
