Her 10 kad\u0131n liderden 9\u2019u \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde gelirlerde art\u0131\u015f bekliyor. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k k\u00fcresel ekonomi i\u00e7in g\u00fcven oran\u0131 yaln\u0131zca \u00fc\u00e7te bir d\u00fczeyinde kal\u0131yor. B\u00f6lgesel bazda Asya\u2019daki kad\u0131n liderler daha iyimserken Bat\u0131 Avrupa\u2019dakiler daha temkinli bir tablo \u00e7iziyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcst d\u00fczey kad\u0131n y\u00f6neticiler, kar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131ndaki en acil sorunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda jeopolitik kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131n ve ekonomik belirsizliklerin geldi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, silahl\u0131 bir \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ihtimaline dair endi\u015feler de art\u0131yor; kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131 bu konuyu en \u00f6nemli kayg\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda g\u00f6steriyor. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7te ikisi \u015firketlerinin mevcut jeopolitik kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k ve \u00e7e\u015fitli zorluklar nedeniyle giderek artan bir bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funu belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u015eeffafl\u0131k yok<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclerde de \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticiler \u015firketlerin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck riskin yine jeopolitik belirsizlikler olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmadan \u00e7\u0131kan bir di\u011fer \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bulgu ise kad\u0131n liderlerin y\u00fczde 62\u2019sinin, son \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131lda i\u015f yerlerinde \u00f6nyarg\u0131 ve ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemesi oldu. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 47\u2019si de \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 \u015firketlerde e\u015fit \u00fccret konusunda hen\u00fcz \u015feffafl\u0131k olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor. B\u00f6lgesel \u00e7apta bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise Kuzey Avrupa\u2019daki \u00fcst d\u00fczey kad\u0131n liderlerin hem \u00f6nyarg\u0131 ve ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok daha az ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hem de e\u015fit \u00fccret konusunda daha fazla \u015feffafl\u0131k oldu\u011fu g\u00f6ze \u00e7arp\u0131yor. Kad\u0131nlar bu konularda ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir b\u00f6lgede Kuzey Avrupa\u2019daki kadar olumlu bir tablo \u00e7izmiyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yapay zek\u00e2ya yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2025\u2019teki ankete kat\u0131lan \u00fcst d\u00fczey kad\u0131n y\u00f6neticiler aras\u0131nda, be\u015f y\u0131l aradan sonra ilk kez yat\u0131r\u0131m oda\u011f\u0131, yeni teknolojilerin \u00f6zellikle \u00fcretken yapay zek\u00e2n\u0131n benimsenmesi ve kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde oldu. 2023\u2019teki anketle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan geli\u015fimine yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mda 30 puanl\u0131k bir azalma oldu ki bu da \u00f6nceliklerin net \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. \u00d6te yandan kad\u0131n liderlerin y\u00fczde 80\u2019i, \u00fcretken yapay zek\u00e2n\u0131n i\u015f say\u0131s\u0131nda k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe yol a\u00e7mayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ancak mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n yeni beceriler edinmesini ve farkl\u0131 g\u00f6revlere kayd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Y\u00fczde 15\u2019lik bir kesim, \u00fcretken yapay zek\u00e2n\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha fazla i\u015fi ortadan kald\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Y\u00fczde 5 ise, yapay zek\u00e2n\u0131n yok etti\u011finden daha fazla yeni i\u015f imk\u00e2n\u0131 do\u011furaca\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dijital \u015fiddet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ankete kat\u0131lan \u00fcst d\u00fczey kad\u0131n liderlerin neredeyse tamam\u0131 sosyal medyay\u0131 aktif olarak kullan\u0131yor ve b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu bunu profesyonel ama\u00e7larla yap\u0131yor. \u00d6zellikle y\u00f6netici pozisyonlar\u0131nda profesyonel ba\u015far\u0131 i\u00e7in dijital d\u00fcnyada varl\u0131k g\u00f6stermenin neredeyse zorunlu hale gelmi\u015f olmas\u0131 da bu ilginin bir nedeni olarak g\u00f6steriliyor. Bununla birlikte bu durum, beraberinde \u00e7e\u015fitli riskleri de getiriyor. Ankete kat\u0131lan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7te biri, dijital ortamda \u015fiddete maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya da \u00e7evresinde buna tan\u0131k oldu\u011funu belirtiyor. Bu durum, s\u00f6zl\u00fc tacizden iftiraya, nefret s\u00f6yleminden do\u011frudan hedef al\u0131nan siber zorbal\u0131\u011fa kadar farkl\u0131 \u015fiddet t\u00fcrlerini i\u00e7eriyor. \u00dcst d\u00fczey kad\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 dijital \u015fiddet t\u00fcrleri i\u00e7erisinde ilk s\u0131rada y\u00fczde 41 ile taciz geliyor. Bunu y\u00fczde 37 ile karalama ve y\u00fczde 35 ile nefret s\u00f6ylemi takip ediyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018E\u015fitlik\u2019ten haberler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; KAG\u0130DER, Garanti BBVA\u2019n\u0131n destekleriyle kad\u0131n giri\u015fimcili\u011fini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek amac\u0131yla \u201cTicaretin Kad\u0131nlar\u0131\u201dn\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019da bir araya getirdi.
