Bu proje i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131m tutar\u0131 <strong>49 milyar dolar\u0131<\/strong> buluyor. \u015eirketin halihaz\u0131rda Hsinchu Bilim Park\u0131 ve Kaohsiung\u2019da toplam <strong>yedi adet 2 nm tesisi bulunuyor.<\/strong> Ancak bu tesisler artan talebi kar\u015f\u0131lamaya yetmeyece\u011fi i\u00e7in TSMC, G\u00fcney Tayvan Bilim Park\u0131 \u00d6zel B\u00f6lgesi yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 ek fabrika daha kurma haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda.
