D\u00f6rtyol Belediyesi ekipleri il\u00e7e genelindeki g\u0131da i\u015fletmelerine y\u00f6nelik denetimlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara, Zab\u0131ta M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ali Avan ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki ekipler taraf\u0131ndan pastaneler ile i\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131da sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lan i\u015fletmelerde a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verildi.<\/p>\n

Denetimlerde; \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin son kullanma tarihleri, hijyen \u015fartlar\u0131 ve g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi standartlar\u0131 detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde incelendi. Kontroller s\u0131ras\u0131nda son kullanma tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcn bulundurdu\u011fu tespit edilen baz\u0131 i\u015fletmeler hakk\u0131nda tutanak tutuldu. S\u00f6z konusu \u00fcr\u00fcnler, zab\u0131ta ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan imha edilmek \u00fczere topland\u0131. \u00d6te yandan, ruhsats\u0131z faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirlenen baz\u0131 i\u015fletmelere eksiklerini gidermeleri i\u00e7in yar\u0131na kadar s\u00fcre tan\u0131nd\u0131. Yetkililer, yap\u0131lacak ikinci denetimde gerekli \u015fartlar\u0131 yerine getirmeyen i\u015fletmelerin ruhsat ve hijyen kurallar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k nedeniyle m\u00fch\u00fcrlenece\u011fini bildirdi.<\/p>\n

Zab\u0131ta ekiplerinin i\u015f yerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi denetim esnas\u0131nda son kullanma tarihinin \u00fczerinden 3 y\u0131l ge\u00e7mesine ra\u011fmen so\u011fuk hava deposunda bulundurulan dondurulmu\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcn zab\u0131ta ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan fark edildi. \u0130\u015fletme personeli, “Bu iade \u00fcr\u00fcn, ben bunlar\u0131 hi\u00e7 kullanmad\u0131m” diyerek kendini savunsa da zab\u0131ta m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Avan; “1, 2 ay de\u011fil ge\u00e7 kalman\u0131z. Ben bunun sat\u0131l\u0131p sat\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilemem ki” diyerek duruma tepki g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n

\u00d6te yandan tepsi i\u00e7inde g\u00fcnlerce unutulmu\u015f ve k\u00fcflenerek tan\u0131nmaz hale gelen b\u00f6rek ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere i\u015fletmede ele ge\u00e7irilen son kullanma tarihi bitmi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnler ekipler taraf\u0131ndan imha edildi.<\/p>\n\n
