Ne var ki end\u00fcstriyel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte \u00fcretim ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn h\u00e2l\u00e2 a\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131 engeller olarak perovskitin \u00f6n\u00fcnde duruyor. <\/figure>\n<p>Bu engelleri a\u015fmak i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar atan \u015firketlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelen <strong>GCL Perovskite<\/strong>, laboratuvar ortam\u0131nda elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 end\u00fcstriyel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte tekrarlama yolunda \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m daha att\u0131. \u00c7in merkezli \u015firket, bug\u00fcne kadar seri \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen en b\u00fcy\u00fck perovskit mod\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcretmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. <strong>2,76 m\u00b2 (2.400 \u00d7 1.150 mm) \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcndeki <\/strong>bu mod\u00fcl, d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda seri \u00fcretime giren en b\u00fcy\u00fck perovskit panel olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><b>GCL Perovskite, \u00c7in&#8217;deki Yeni Tesisinde 2 GW \u00dcretim Kapasitesi Hedefliyor<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bu panelin end\u00fcstriyel \u00f6l\u00e7ekteki \u00fcretimi, \u00c7in&#8217;in Jiangsu eyaletinde kurulan ve ilk faz\u0131 Haziran ay\u0131nda faaliyete giren yeni \u00fcretim tesisi sayesinde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu. Perovskit mod\u00fcllerini end\u00fcstriyel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte \u00fcretmeye uygun b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli ilk tesislerden biri olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ve toplam <strong>2 GW \u00fcretim kapasitesi hedefleyen<\/strong>\u00a0bu tesiste, laboratuvar verimliliklerini saha ko\u015fullar\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131mak i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015f y\u00fcksek hacimli \u00fcretim hatlar\u0131 bulunuyor. Bu tesisin sundu\u011fu yenilikleri sadece mod\u00fcl boyutu ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fil. \u015eirket, geleneksel Siemens y\u00f6ntemine k\u0131yasla %70 daha az enerji kullanarak ve \u00fcretim alan\u0131n\u0131 %42 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclterek monokristal d\u00fczeyinde safl\u0131kta <strong>gran\u00fcler silikon <\/strong>\u00fcretiyor. Bu silikon, karbon ayak izini b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek y\u0131ll\u0131k 10,48 milyon ton daha az CO\u2082 sal\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>GCL\u2019nin bu tesisle hedefi, laboratuvar testlerinde elde edilen y\u00fcksek verimlilik de\u011ferlerini ger\u00e7ek saha ko\u015fullar\u0131nda da s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir h\u00e2le getirmek ve perovskit teknolojisini GW \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde ticarile\u015ftirmek. Bu, end\u00fcstride \u201clab-to-factory gap\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan laboratuvardaki ba\u015far\u0131 ile seri \u00fcretim aras\u0131ndaki bo\u015flu\u011fu kapatma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik bir ad\u0131m olarak de\u011ferlendiriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>GCL, baboratuvar testlerinde<strong> tek eklemli perovskit mod\u00fcllerde %19,04<\/strong>, perovskit ile geleneksel silikon tabakalar\u0131n\u0131n bir araya getirildi\u011fi <strong>tandem mod\u00fcllerde ise<\/strong> <strong>%29,51 <\/strong>verimlili\u011fe ula\u015ft\u0131. \u015eirket yeni nesil tasar\u0131mlarda teorik olarak %45&#8217;e yak\u0131n verimlili\u011fin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, pervoskitin sundu\u011fu potansiyelin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7iziyor.<\/p>\n<p>GCL&#8217;nin belki de en dikkat \u00e7ekici ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131<strong> y\u00fcksek verimlilik de\u011ferlerini sahada da korumay\u0131 ba\u015farmas<\/strong>\u0131.\u00a0GCL\u2019in mod\u00fclleri hem y\u00fcksek irtifa ve yo\u011fun UV radyasyonunun h\u00e2kim oldu\u011fu test sahalar\u0131nda hem de Kubuqi \u00c7\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131k ve kum a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131rmas\u0131 gibi zorlay\u0131c\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131nda istikrarl\u0131 performans g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n<p>GCL\u2019in bu hamleleri, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi alan\u0131nda ezberleri bozma potansiyele sahip.
