{"id":151252,"date":"2025-12-08T12:48:13","date_gmt":"2025-12-08T12:48:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/?p=151252"},"modified":"2025-12-08T12:48:13","modified_gmt":"2025-12-08T12:48:13","slug":"kamu-ve-ozel-sektorde-calisanlar-dikkat-dogum-izninde-tarihi-adim","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/index.php\/2025\/12\/08\/kamu-ve-ozel-sektorde-calisanlar-dikkat-dogum-izninde-tarihi-adim\/","title":{"rendered":"Kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar dikkat: Do\u011fum izninde tarihi ad\u0131m"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p>Bakanl\u0131ktan edinilen bilgilere g\u00f6re, kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n do\u011fum izni s\u00fcresinin 16 haftadan 24 haftaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda sona gelindi.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu d\u00fczenlemeden, memur, i\u015f\u00e7i, askeri personel, hakim-savc\u0131, kamu iktisadi te\u015febb\u00fcsleri (K\u0130T) personeli ve akademisyenler dahil \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yararlanmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Anal\u0131k izninin kapsam\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015fletilece\u011fi d\u00fczenlemede, &#8220;Devlet Memurlar\u0131 Kanunu&#8221;, &#8220;\u0130\u015f Kanunu&#8221; ve &#8220;T\u00fcrk Silahl\u0131 Kuvvetleri Personel Kanunu&#8221;nda yer alan do\u011fum izni s\u00fcreleri do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce 8 hafta ve do\u011fumdan sonra 16 hafta olmak \u00fczere toplam 24 hafta olarak yeniden d\u00fczenlenecek.<\/p>\n<p>Mevcut uygulamada \u0130\u015f Kanunu&#8217;na tabi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in 5 g\u00fcn olan babal\u0131k izni, yeni d\u00fczenlemeyle t\u00fcm personel stat\u00fclerinde 10 g\u00fcn olarak hesaplanacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KORUYUCU A\u0130LELER \u0130LK KEZ YARARLANACAK <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada, koruyucu aile olan memur, i\u015f\u00e7i ve askeri personele ilk kez izin hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nacak. Halihaz\u0131rda koruyucu ailelere y\u00f6nelik herhangi bir izin bulunmuyordu. D\u00fczenleme ile 3 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir \u00e7ocu\u011fa koruyucu aile olan memur, i\u015f\u00e7i ve askeri personel i\u00e7in 10 g\u00fcnl\u00fck koruyucu aile olma izni verilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Mevcut durumda, kad\u0131n memurlar do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce ve sonra 8&#8217;er hafta \u00fccretli izin kullan\u0131yor; bunu takiben yar\u0131 zamanl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, s\u00fct izni ve ayl\u0131ks\u0131z izin gibi uygulamalar devreye giriyor. \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler i\u00e7in de 4857 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanunu kapsam\u0131nda do\u011fum \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 toplam 16 hafta izin bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczenleme ile farkl\u0131 personel rejimlerindeki izin s\u00fcreleri e\u015fitlenerek, kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rdeki t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n anal\u0131k izninden e\u015fit ve geni\u015fletilmi\u015f \u015fekilde yararlanmas\u0131 hedefleniyor<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu d\u00fczenlemenin, Bakanl\u0131k ve AK Parti taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lacak son dokunu\u015flar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, TBMM&#8217;ye sunulmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.
