Ulusal Asfalt Sempozyumu\u2019nda, o \u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131 asfalt\u0131 sadece hayal edenler de\u011fil, o asfalt\u0131 iklim dostu, uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedefiyle \u00fcretenler bir arada.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KARAYOLLARINA 180 M\u0130LYAR DOLAR YATIRIM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son 23 y\u0131lda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ula\u015f\u0131m ve ileti\u015fim altyap\u0131s\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131k 300 milyar dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiklerini kaydeden Bakan Uralo\u011flu, \u201cBunun yakla\u015f\u0131k 180 milyar dolar\u0131n\u0131 karayollar\u0131na harcad\u0131k. 2002\u2019de 6 bin 101 kilometre olan b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 30 bin 14 kilometreye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k. 8 bin 591 kilometre olan Bit\u00fcml\u00fc S\u0131cak Kar\u0131\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 yol a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 32 bin 708 kilometreye y\u00fckselttik. 50 kilometre olan t\u00fcnel uzunlu\u011fumuzu 838 kilometreye, 311 kilometre olan k\u00f6pr\u00fc ve viyad\u00fck uzunlu\u011fumuzu ise 813 kilometreye y\u00fckselttik. Bin 714 kilometre olan otoyol uzunlu\u011fumuzu da 3 bin 796 kilometreye ula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131k.\u201d bilgisini payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00dcRK\u0130YE SON 10 YILDAK\u0130 OTOYOL ARTI\u015e HIZINDA AVRUPA\u2019DA B\u0130R\u0130NC\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkeleriyle k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin otoyol uzunlu\u011funda Avrupa\u2019da 6\u2019nc\u0131; ancak son 10 y\u0131ldaki otoyol art\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131nda Avrupa\u2019da birinci oldu\u011funu ifade eden Uralo\u011flu, \u201c\u0130n\u015fallah 2028 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol uzunlu\u011fumuzu 31 bin 250 kilometreye otoyol uzunlu\u011fumuzu da 4 bin 330 kilometreye \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz.\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada asfalt teknolojilerine ve h\u0131zl\u0131 uygulamalara verilen \u00f6nem hakk\u0131nda da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin att\u0131\u011f\u0131 ad\u0131mlar\u0131n ne kadar isabetli oldu\u011funu bir kez daha anlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Bakan Uralo\u011flu, \u201cJaponya, ABD ve Avrupa \u00fclkeleri de h\u0131zl\u0131 bak\u0131m-rehabilitasyon projelerine milyarlarca dolarl\u0131k b\u00fct\u00e7eler ay\u0131r\u0131yor; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc biliyorlar ki kesintisiz, g\u00fcvenli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir yol altyap\u0131s\u0131, bir \u00fclkenin ekonomik rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn ve ya\u015fam kalitesinin en \u00f6nemli g\u00f6stergelerinden biri. Hem y\u00fcksek performans hem de ekonomik fayda elde ettik.\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cGER\u0130 KAZANILMI\u015e ASFALTIN ALTERNAT\u0130F HAMMADDE OLARAK KULLANIMINA Y\u00d6NEL\u0130K MEVZUAT \u00c7ALI\u015eMALARIMIZI HIZLANDIRIYORUZ\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Asfalt \u00fcretiminde net s\u0131f\u0131r karbonlu uygulamalara ge\u00e7i\u015f i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle do\u011fal kaynak kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak \u00fczere d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomi eylem plan\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lanlar\u0131 da anlatan Bakan Uralo\u011flu, \u201cYol yap\u0131m ve bak\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde geri kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f asfalt\u0131n alternatif hammadde olarak kullan\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik mevzuat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Asfalt \u00fcretim ve uygulamalar\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emisyonlu yeni malzeme ve teknolojiler ile ekipmanlar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesini desteklemek \u00fczere ye\u015fil finansman ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 da te\u015fvik ediyoruz.\u201d a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Bakanl\u0131k olarak ula\u015ft\u0131rma altyap\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6m\u00fcr d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc maliyetini azaltmay\u0131, uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc yollar in\u015fa etmeyi ve \u00e7evresel etkiyi en aza indirmeyi temel \u00f6ncelik haline getirdiklerini vurgulayan Bakan Uralo\u011flu, \u201cBu do\u011frultuda standartlar\u0131m\u0131zla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve diren\u00e7li in\u015faat tekniklerini ve yenilik\u00e7i malzemeleri destekliyoruz.
