Bakan Uralo\u011flu, t\u00fcnelin 20 Aral\u0131k 2016 tarihinde resmi a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatarak, &#8220;I\u00b7stanbul\u2019un Asya ve Avrupa yakalar\u0131n\u0131 5 kilometrelik \u00e7ift katl\u0131 denizalt\u0131 kara yolu t\u00fcneliyle birle\u015ftiren Avrasya T\u00fcneli, Kazl\u0131c\u00b8es\u00b8me ile G\u00f6ztepe aras\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131m yollar\u0131yla beraber toplam 14,6 kilometrelik bir gu\u00a8zergahta in\u015fa edildi&#8221; ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131nda, Avrupa ve Asya yakalar\u0131nda yer alan yaklas\u00b8\u0131m yollar\u0131 geni\u015fletilerek kav\u015fak, ara\u00e7 alt ge\u00e7itleri ve yaya \u00fcstge\u00e7itleri in\u015fa edildi\u011fini kaydeden Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;Sadece hafif ta\u015f\u0131tlar taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lacak \u015fekilde tasarlanan t\u00fcnelden motosiklet, otomobiller ve minib\u00fcsler ge\u00e7ebiliyor. Avrasya T\u00fcneli&#8217;nden 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda g\u00fcnde ortalama 77 bin ara\u00e7 ge\u00e7i\u015fiyle garanti seviyesinin y\u00fczde 8 \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8216;5,5 M\u0130LYON A\u011eACA E\u015eDE\u011eER \u00c7EVRESEL KATKI SUNDU&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu gu\u00a8zergahta ula\u015f\u0131m mesafelerinin yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 kilometre k\u0131salt\u0131lmas\u0131yla \u00f6nceden 100 dakikaya varan seyahat s\u00fcresini 15 dakikaya kadar indirmeyi ama\u00e7lad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da belirten Bakan Uralo\u011flu, \u015fu ifadelere yer verdi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Avrasya T\u00fcneli, sahip oldu\u011fu ileri teknoloji ve m\u00fchendislik altyap\u0131s\u0131yla, k\u0131talar\u0131 birle\u015ftiren g\u00fczergah\u0131 sayesinde \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015fine h\u0131zl\u0131, ekonomik, g\u00fcvenli, konforlu ve \u00e7evre dostu bir alternatif sunuyor. Kozyata\u011f\u0131-Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y koridoru baz al\u0131narak yap\u0131lan hesaplamalara g\u00f6re; t\u00fcnel, 9 y\u0131ll\u0131k i\u015fletme s\u00fcrecinde 250 milyon saat zaman, 304 bin ton yak\u0131t tasarrufu sa\u011flad\u0131. 139 bin tonluk emisyon azal\u0131m\u0131yla Avrasya T\u00fcneli, 5,5 milyon a\u011fac\u0131n sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 \u00e7evresel etkiye e\u015fde\u011fer bir katk\u0131 sundu. 687 milyon ara\u00e7\/kilometrelik trafik azal\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde kaza maliyetlerinden de \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde tasarruf ettik. T\u00fcnelin 9 y\u0131lda \u00fclke ekonomisine katk\u0131s\u0131 ise toplamda 2,6 milyar dolara ula\u015ft\u0131.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>UNESCO D\u00fcnya Miras Listesi&#8217;ne kay\u0131tl\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019un tarihi yar\u0131madas\u0131nda yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm tasar\u0131m ve in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n, UNESCO \u00f6nerileri dikkate al\u0131narak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fini ifade eden Bakan Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;Avrupa yakas\u0131nda \u015fehir ile deniz aras\u0131ndaki yaya band\u0131 55 metreden 277 metreye \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131larak \u015fehrin denizle olan ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirdik. Avrupa yakas\u0131 sahil park\u0131na 11 bin 642 adet yeni a\u011fa\u00e7 dikerek, 2,7 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda bisiklet yolu ve yaya yollar\u0131 in\u015fa ettik. Oyun ve egzersiz alanlar\u0131n\u0131 yenileyerek proje b\u00f6lgesinde, \u00e7ocuk oyun alanlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 100, a\u011facland\u0131rmay\u0131 ise yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 400 art\u0131rd\u0131k.
