MELTEM G\u00dcNE\u015e \/ Ankara –<\/strong> <\/span>Al\u0131nan talepler ve yap\u0131lacak etki analizi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakan\u0131 Murat Kurum son de\u011ferlendirmeleri yapacak. Bu y\u0131l 50 kuru\u015f olarak uygulanan plastik po\u015fet fiyat\u0131n\u0131n 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in 75 kuru\u015fa g\u00fcncellenebilece\u011fi aktar\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de plastik po\u015fet kullan\u0131m miktar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k yakla\u015f\u0131k 30-35 milyar adet;\u00a0ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 ortalaman\u0131n ise 440 adet oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyordu. Bakanl\u0131k, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu de\u011feri 40 adede kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcp, y\u00fczde 90 oran\u0131nda azaltmay\u0131 hedefleyerek, 1 Ocak 2019\u2019dan itibaren \u00fccretli plastik po\u015fet uygulamas\u0131n\u0131 devreye alm\u0131\u015f ve \u00fccretini de 25 kuru\u015f olarak belirlemi\u015fti. 1 Ocak 2025\u2019te \u00fccret 50 kuru\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n Yeni y\u0131lda uygulanacak bedeli belirlemek amac\u0131yla t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla bakanl\u0131kta Plastik Po\u015fet Komisyonu bir toplant\u0131 yapt\u0131. Toplant\u0131da baz\u0131 market ve ma\u011fazalar\u0131n vatanda\u015fa 50 kuru\u015fluk plastik po\u015fet se\u00e7ene\u011fi sunmadan, fiyat\u0131 4-20 lira aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen torba satmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bunun i\u00e7in\u00a0para cezas\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131 da g\u00fcndeme geldi.<\/p>\n Toplant\u0131da, plastik po\u015fetin 75 kuru\u015f olmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde talepler geldi. Taraflardan al\u0131nan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ve\u00a0etki analizi \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakan\u0131 Murat Kurum\u2019a sunulacak, Kurum\u2019un \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki hafta a\u00e7\u0131klama yapaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n Ne kazan\u0131ld\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n Bakanl\u0131k verilerine g\u00f6re, plastik po\u015fetlerin \u00fccretlendirilmesiyle 2019-2025 (ilk dokuz ay) y\u0131llar\u0131nda plastik po\u015fet kaynakl\u0131 2.8 milyon ton at\u0131\u011f\u0131n olu\u015fumu, yakla\u015f\u0131k 168 bin ton sera gaz\u0131 emisyon sal\u0131m\u0131 engellendi. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 28 milyar TL de tasarruf sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n Po\u015fette devasa GEKAP kayb\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re t\u00fcketiciye sunulmayan her plastik po\u015fetten devletin almas\u0131 gereken 0.86 kuru\u015fluk geri kazan\u0131m kat\u0131l\u0131m pay\u0131 (GEKAP) kayb\u0131 olu\u015fuyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin bu \u015fekilde 1 milyar po\u015fetin ka\u011f\u0131t ya da bez olarak sat\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde devletin 860 milyon TL kayb\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu.
