Buna g\u00f6re, bir i\u015f\u00e7inin g\u00fcnl\u00fck normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda asgari \u00fccreti, 1 Ocak 2026 \u2013 31 Aral\u0131k 2026 tarihleri aras\u0131nda 1101 TL olarak tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Karara g\u00f6re, Komisyon milli seviyede tek asgari \u00fccret uygulanmas\u0131na karar verirken, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 Ocak-Aral\u0131k d\u00f6neminde asgari \u00fccret deste\u011finin ayl\u0131k 1270 TL olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in deste\u011fin kapsam\u0131 ile usul ve esaslar\u0131n\u0131n yeniden belirlenmesi \u00f6nerildi.<\/p>\n<p>Asgari \u00dccret Tespit Komisyonu\u2019nun 12 Aral\u0131k 2025\u2019te ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 23 Aral\u0131k 2025 tarihine kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te yap\u0131lan \u00fc\u00e7 toplant\u0131 sonucunda karar\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi. Karar, i\u015f\u00e7i temsilcilerinin toplant\u0131lara kat\u0131lmamalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, toplant\u0131ya kat\u0131lan \u00fcyelerin oy birli\u011fiyle al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Gerek\u00e7ede, asgari \u00fccretin \u00f6denmesi zorunlu olan en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccret oldu\u011fu vurgulanarak, Asgari \u00dccret Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi uyar\u0131nca asgari \u00fccretin bir pazarl\u0131k \u00fccreti olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekildi. Komisyonun karar s\u00fcrecinde i\u015f\u00e7ilerin ge\u00e7im \u015fartlar\u0131 ile enflasyon hedefi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli ekonomik g\u00f6stergeleri de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fi ifade edildi. Asgari \u00dccret Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nin 11\u2019inci maddesi kapsam\u0131nda al\u0131nan karar\u0131n, 1 Ocak 2026 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girece\u011fi belirtildi.
