Mu\u011fla S\u0131tk\u0131 Ko\u00e7man \u00dcniversitesi Ar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc&#8217;nden mezun olan Akosman, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda kendi i\u015fletmesini kurdu. Bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok gurur verici bir olay.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Bu bal antioksidan bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7ok zengin&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zonguldak kestane bal\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131n\u0131 analiz sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n net \u015fekilde ortaya koydu\u011funu vurgulayan Akosman, bal\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00e7ok \u00f6zel bir \u00fcr\u00fcn oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekerek \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bu bal\u0131 almam\u0131z\u0131n, bu \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc almam\u0131z\u0131n sebeplerinden biri Zonguldak&#8217;\u0131n d\u00fcnya standartlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde bir kestane bal\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131. Akosman, &#8220;Biz tahlile bal g\u00f6nderdi\u011fimizde analizi okumak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Analizde dikkat etti\u011fimiz konular var. Prolin ve diastaz say\u0131lar\u0131.
