{"id":157903,"date":"2025-12-26T13:42:09","date_gmt":"2025-12-26T13:42:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/?p=157903"},"modified":"2025-12-26T13:42:09","modified_gmt":"2025-12-26T13:42:09","slug":"hatay-havalimanindaki-calismalarin-2026-yilinda-tamamlanmasi-hedefleniyor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/index.php\/2025\/12\/26\/hatay-havalimanindaki-calismalarin-2026-yilinda-tamamlanmasi-hedefleniyor\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;Hatay Havaliman\u0131&#8217;ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda tamamlanmas\u0131 hedefleniyor&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p>Bakan Uralo\u011flu, Hatay Havaliman\u0131&#8217;nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 incelemelerin ard\u0131ndan kentte y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve altyap\u0131 projelerine ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmede bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Hatay&#8217;\u0131n, 6 \u015eubat depremlerinden fazla etkilenen \u015fehirlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Uralo\u011flu, Hatay Havaliman\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu alandaki faylanma ve zemin s\u0131v\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 sebebiyle kal\u0131c\u0131 y\u00fczey deformasyonlar\u0131 ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 metreye varan kal\u0131c\u0131 oturmalar g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, pist ve \u00e7evresindeki alan\u0131n da bu oturmadan etkilendi\u011fini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, depremden sonra \u00f6ncelikle insani yard\u0131m ve tahliye u\u00e7aklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 h\u0131zla yaparak pisti k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede hizmete ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 an\u0131msatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Hatay Havaliman\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 benzer afetlerde dahi g\u00f6revini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilecek kal\u0131c\u0131 ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir altyap\u0131yla yeniden aya\u011fa kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kapsaml\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fcklerine i\u015faret eden Uralo\u011flu, 21 Kas\u0131m 2023&#8217;te de yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;G\u00fc\u00e7lendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da bir taraftan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, \u015fu ana kadar 2 bin 720 metre uzunlu\u011funda ve 45 metre geni\u015fli\u011findeki yard\u0131mc\u0131 pisti hizmete ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Toplam 10 u\u00e7ak park pozisyonlu yeni apronun, yeni pist ile apron aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131 taksi yolunun, reg\u00fclat\u00f6r binas\u0131 ve \u0131s\u0131 merkezinin in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Uralo\u011flu, s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tekrardan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u015fekilde aya\u011fa kald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Hatay Havaliman\u0131&#8217;m\u0131zda bu y\u0131l\u0131n 11 ay\u0131nda ge\u00e7en y\u0131la g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 68 art\u0131\u015fla 433 bin 348 yolcumuza hizmet verdik. Bu y\u0131l KKTC ve D\u00fcsseldorf seferleriyle havaliman\u0131m\u0131zda d\u0131\u015f hat u\u00e7u\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 da ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Ayr\u0131ca, depremde zarar g\u00f6ren yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 kilometrelik Hatay Havaliman\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131 yolundaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da tamamlayarak vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hizmetine sunduk. \u015eu anda Hatay Havaliman\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n 3 bin metre uzunlu\u011fundaki ana pistindeki kaplama beton imalatlar\u0131na devam ediyoruz. Bununla birlikte \u00e7evre g\u00fcvenlik yolundaki yenileme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, terminal binas\u0131 ve lojman binalar\u0131ndaki g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da bir taraftan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, ekim ay\u0131nda havaliman\u0131n\u0131n operasyonel kapasitesini art\u0131racak \u00f6nemli bir a\u015famaya daha ge\u00e7tiklerini bildirerek, yeni itfaiye ve ana nizamiye binalar\u0131, ilave apron ve kamu havac\u0131l\u0131k apronu ile bu alanlar\u0131n altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan &#8220;muhtelif binalar\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131 ve apron geni\u015flemesi&#8221; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na fiilen ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda binalarda zemin iyile\u015ftirme y\u00f6ntemi olarak belirlenen fore kaz\u0131k imalatlar\u0131n\u0131n da devam etti\u011fini anlatan Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;\u0130lave apron sahalar\u0131nda ise kaz\u0131 ve dolgu i\u015flemlerini tamamlad\u0131k, \u00fcstyap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131k. T\u00fcm bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde tamamlamay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Burada 2 bin 720 metre uzunlu\u011fundaki taksi yolu, acil pist ve ana pist 3 bin metre. Yani biz Hatay&#8217;a iki pist yap\u0131yoruz. Hatay&#8217;\u0131m\u0131zda bundan sonra bak\u0131m vesaire gibi hi\u00e7bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma vesilesiyle pisti, havaliman\u0131n\u0131 kapatmayaca\u011f\u0131z. Bu, havaliman\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek kapasitede kullanma imkan\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olacak. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki bu anlamdaki birka\u00e7 havaliman\u0131m\u0131zdan birisi de Hatay olmu\u015f oldu.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Hatay&#8217;\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m ve ileti\u015fim altyap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in 86 milyar 748 milyon lira yat\u0131r\u0131m&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hatay&#8217;da y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sadece hava yoluyla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Uralo\u011flu, Bakanl\u0131k olarak Hatay&#8217;da ula\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n t\u00fcm modlar\u0131n\u0131 e\u015f zamanl\u0131 ele ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, Hatay&#8217;\u0131n yeniden aya\u011fa kalkma s\u00fcrecinde ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini ifade ederek, \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulundu: &#8220;Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan&#8217;\u0131n liderli\u011finde 2002&#8217;den bu yana Hatay&#8217;\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m ve ileti\u015fim altyap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in 86 milyar 748 milyon liral\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. 2002&#8217;de 151 kilometre olan b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol uzunlu\u011funu 500 kilometreye, 172 kilometre olan bit\u00fcml\u00fc s\u0131cak kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m kaplamal\u0131 yol uzunlu\u011funu 439 kilometreye y\u00fckselttik. 6 \u015eubat depremlerinin ard\u0131ndan ilimizde Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz eliyle y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar neticesinde 140 kilometrelik deprem konutu ba\u011flant\u0131 yolunun 102 kilometresinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k. Yani biten her deprem konutuna ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 da sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olduk. Ayr\u0131ca, Hatay&#8217;da K\u0131r\u0131khan-Reyhanl\u0131 yolu, Ceyhan-Toprakkale-\u0130skenderun devlet yolu ve \u0130skenderun-Antakya Otoyolu gibi 15 karayolu projesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;\u015eantiye kurulum \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131k&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130skenderun-Antakya Otoyolu&#8217;nun temelinin ge\u00e7en y\u0131l at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 an\u0131msatan Uralo\u011flu, otoyolun tamamlanmas\u0131yla daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli \u015fekilde ula\u015f\u0131m sa\u011flayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, Hatay&#8217;a alternatif ula\u015f\u0131m altyap\u0131s\u0131 kurma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan &#8220;D\u00f6rtyol-Hassa Aras\u0131 Otoyol ve Demir Yolu T\u00fcneli&#8221; projesinin de yer teslimini yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, &#8220;Projede \u015fantiye kurulum \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131k. T\u00fcnellerle \u0130skenderun-Gaziantep ile \u0130skenderun-Kahramanmara\u015f g\u00fczergahlar\u0131nda ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 k\u0131saltarak bu b\u00f6lgede var olan b\u00fcy\u00fck ticaret hacminin ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 ula\u015f\u0131m yollar\u0131na da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z. Bu projeyle beraber Hatay&#8217;\u0131m\u0131za y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 trenimizi de ula\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Demir yoluyla y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nem arz eden \u0130skenderun OSB \u0130ltisak Hatt\u0131 Projesi&#8217;nin et\u00fct \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da ifade eden Uralo\u011flu, bu hatla, b\u00f6lgede faaliyet g\u00f6steren \u00e7ok say\u0131da a\u011f\u0131r sanayi tesisinin ulusal demir yolu a\u011f\u0131na eri\u015fimini sa\u011flayacaklar\u0131na dikkati \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, depremden sonra k\u0131y\u0131 yap\u0131lar\u0131nda oturma, r\u0131ht\u0131mlarda \u00e7\u00f6kme ve zeminde y\u00fczeysel s\u0131v\u0131la\u015fma oldu\u011funu tespit ettiklerini de bildirerek, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130skenderun Bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 Bar\u0131na\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n onar\u0131m\u0131 i\u015fini tamamlad\u0131k. Ana ve tali mendire\u011fi onararak \u00e7\u00f6ken ve bozulan r\u0131ht\u0131m\u0131 yeniledik. D\u00f6rtyol, I\u015f\u0131kl\u0131 Konac\u0131k bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 bar\u0131naklar\u0131n\u0131n onar\u0131m i\u015flerinin ihalelerini yapt\u0131k ve yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na yak\u0131n zamanda ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z. Samanda\u011f \u00c7evlik Bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 Bar\u0131na\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n onar\u0131m i\u015fi ihalesini de 29 Aral\u0131k&#8217;ta ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz. \u015eunun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zellikle \u00e7izmek istiyorum, depremin ilk an\u0131ndan itibaren devlet olarak t\u00fcm imkanlar\u0131m\u0131zla Hatay&#8217;\u0131n yan\u0131nda olduk. Bug\u00fcn de buraday\u0131z.
