AY\u015eEG\u00dcL KAHVEC\u0130O\u011eLU \/ ANKARA –<\/strong> <\/span>MHP, 31 Temmuz 2023 tarihi ve \u00f6ncesinde i\u015flenen su\u00e7lar bak\u0131m\u0131ndan halihaz\u0131rda tan\u0131nan 3 y\u0131l daha erken denetimli serbestli\u011fe ayr\u0131labilme imk\u00e2n\u0131n\u0131n 5 y\u0131l olarak uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyor. AK Parti ise art\u0131k bir kereye \u00f6zg\u00fc de\u011fil, infaz indirimi ve denetimli serbestlik ko\u015fullar\u0131nda kal\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikler i\u00e7eren kapsaml\u0131 bir yasal d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine i\u015faret ediyor.<\/p>\n

Yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya infaz<\/strong><\/p>\n

AK Parti\u2019nin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re, s\u00fcreli hapis cezalar\u0131ndaki infaz oran\u0131n\u0131n, 2004 de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u00f6ncesindeki gibi, yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya uygulanmas\u0131 \u00fczerinde duruluyor. Yasan\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi tarihte cezas\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 50\u2019sini \u00e7ekenlere tahliye yolunun a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

11. Yarg\u0131 Paketi\u2019nde olabilir mi?<\/strong><\/p>\n

MHP\u2019li Y\u0131ld\u0131z\u2019\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir infaz kanunu yerine 12. Yarg\u0131 Paketi\u2019nde yeniden bir \u201c\u015fartl\u0131 tahliye\u201d d\u00fczenlemesi yap\u0131labilece\u011fi \u015feklinde de\u011ferlendirilse de AK Parti, daha uzun vadede kapsaml\u0131 bir m\u00fcstakil yasa yap\u0131lmas\u0131na s\u0131cak bak\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

128 bin\u00a0tutuklu ve h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc var<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 1 Aral\u0131k 2025 tarihi itibar\u0131yla cezaevlerine 433 bin 543 tutuklu ve h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc bulunuyor. Bunlar\u0131n 368 bin 563\u2019\u00fc h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc, 64 bin 980\u2019i ise tutuklu. Halen faaliyet g\u00f6steren 403 cezaevinin kapasitesi ise 305 bin 286. Yani cezaevlerinde kapasiteye g\u00f6re 128 bin 257 fazla tutuklu ve h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc var.<\/p>\n
