AK Parti&#8217;den a\u00e7\u0131klama"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p>AA muhabirinin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgiye g\u00f6re, AK Parti milletvekilleri, Grup Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdullah G\u00fcler ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emekli ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckseltilmesine ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenlemeyi de i\u00e7eren yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 maddelik kanun teklifinin haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emekli maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckseltilmesine ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenlemeyi de i\u00e7eren kanun teklifi, yar\u0131n AK Parti Grup Ba\u015fkan\u0131 G\u00fcler taraf\u0131ndan TBMM Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na sunulacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EN D\u00dc\u015e\u00dcK EMEKL\u0130 AYLI\u011eI YARIN MECL\u0130S&#8217;TE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emekli ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin rakam bug\u00fcn de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek de\u011ferlendirmenin ard\u0131ndan netle\u015ftirilecek. Bu teklifte ayr\u0131ca asgari \u00fccret i\u015fveren deste\u011finin 1270 liraya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik d\u00fczenleme de yer alacak.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcler, yar\u0131n ayr\u0131ca &#8220;kiramdan fazla aidat \u00f6d\u00fcyorum&#8221; \u015fikayetleri dikkate al\u0131narak haz\u0131rlanan fahi\u015f site aidatlar\u0131yla ilgili kanun teklifini de TBMM Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na sunacak. Bu teklife g\u00f6re de sitelerde demirba\u015f yenileme, altyap\u0131, bak\u0131m, onar\u0131m ve temizlik gibi hizmetler ilk olarak y\u00f6netimlerce projelendirilecek. Bu hizmetler i\u00e7in teklifler al\u0131nacak. Teklifler, kat maliklerinin onay\u0131na sunulacak. Onaylanan hizmetler i\u00e7in belirlenecek oranlarda aidat toplanacak.
