(RADARSAN) Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Serhat Do\u011fan ve \u00e7ok say\u0131da davetli kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Cevdet Y\u0131lmaz, konu\u015fmas\u0131nda KKTC genelinde yol yap\u0131m ve yenileme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, kritik kav\u015fak d\u00fczenlemeleri, trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fini art\u0131ran altyap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ve ula\u015f\u0131m denetimini g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren uygulamalar\u0131n, ekonomik hayat\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck ritmiyle do\u011frudan ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Y\u0131lmaz, &#8220;Bu kapsamda, KKTC Karayolu Master Plan\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda bug\u00fcne kadar 213 kilometresi b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol, 433 kilometresi tek yol, 176 kilometresi \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f yol olmak \u00fczere toplam 822 kilometrelik yol a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayarak trafi\u011fe a\u00e7t\u0131k. Lefko\u015fa \u00c7evre Yolu Projesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde Girne K\u00f6pr\u00fcl\u00fc Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ve 4,5 kilometrelik kesimi tamamlad\u0131k ve 20 Temmuz 2025 tarihinde hizmete ald\u0131k. Lefko\u015fa-Gazima\u011fusa ayr\u0131m\u0131, De\u011firmenlik-Girne-Esentepe ayr\u0131m\u0131 g\u00fczergah\u0131nda yer alan ve 19,5 kilometre uzunlu\u011fa sahip Da\u011f Yolu Projesi&#8217;nin ihalesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. K\u00f6y yollar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. 2021-2025 d\u00f6neminde toplam 176 kilometrelik k\u00f6y yolunu tamamlayarak hizmete ald\u0131k. Ak\u0131ll\u0131 ula\u015f\u0131m sistemleriyle fiziki alt yap\u0131y\u0131 bulu\u015fturmak gerekiyor. Bu projeye T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti kaynaklar\u0131ndan 5 milyon dolara yak\u0131n bir kayna\u011f\u0131 tahsis ettik. 130 sabit ve 20 mobil olmak \u00fczere toplam 150 yeni nesil h\u0131z tespit sistemi kurmu\u015f oldu. Ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131ndan itibaren yapay zekayla tasarlanm\u0131\u015f bir teknolojiden bahsediyoruz. Bu sistemlerle Ada genelinde da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k denetim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 geride b\u0131rakarak, b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl ve merkezi bir denetim altyap\u0131s\u0131 olu\u015fturduk. Bu sistemler yerli donan\u0131m ve yerli yaz\u0131l\u0131m bile\u015fenleriyle entegre bir \u015fekilde sahaya yerle\u015ftirdik&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8216;S\u0130STEM\u0130N AMACI CAN KURTARMAK&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>KKTC Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 \u00dcnal \u00dcstel de halk\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nceleyen yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 kaydederek, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: &#8220;Halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n can g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ve huzurunu koruyan t\u00fcm yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00f6ncelikler aras\u0131nda tuttuk. Trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fi de bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n en somut ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131ndan sadece biridir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc konu yol oldu\u011funda, konu h\u0131z oldu\u011funda, konu trafik oldu\u011funda mesele ayn\u0131 zamanda insan hayat\u0131d\u0131r. Yollar\u0131m\u0131z, eski g\u00fcnlere oranla art\u0131k hem altyap\u0131 hem de teknik olarak son derece iyi duruma gelmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha da iyi noktalara ta\u015f\u0131mak i\u00e7in canla ba\u015fla \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Ancak trafik kazalar\u0131 ne yaz\u0131k ki hala can\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yakmaya devam ediyor. Polis raporlar\u0131n\u0131n ortaya koydu\u011fu verilere g\u00f6re, kazalar\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ne ac\u0131d\u0131r ki ya dikkatsiz s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015ften ya da a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 h\u0131zdan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Yani temel sorun s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131d\u0131r. T\u0131pk\u0131 yol g\u00fcvenli\u011fi gibi bu temel sorunu da ortadan kald\u0131rmak devletin sorumlulu\u011fundad\u0131r. Biz de bu bilin\u00e7le hareket ediyoruz ve en temel can kayb\u0131 unsurlar\u0131ndan biri olan h\u0131z konusunda, yeni teknolojik sistemleri ihtiya\u00e7 g\u00f6r\u00fclen, trafik kazalar\u0131n\u0131n en yo\u011fun ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 noktalara monte ediyoruz. Yeniledi\u011fimiz ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n pek \u00e7ok \u00fclkesinde kullan\u0131ma giren, yapay zeka destekli sabit h\u0131z kameralar\u0131n\u0131 sadece ceza yazan kameralar olarak g\u00f6rmek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yan\u0131lg\u0131 olur. Bu sistemlerin amac\u0131 ceza kesmek de\u011fildir, can kurtarmakt\u0131r&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8216;S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMEY\u0130 2024&#8217;TE \u0130MZALADIK&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Savunma Sanayii Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Haluk G\u00f6rg\u00fcn ise RADARSAN ile &#8216;Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Ula\u015f\u0131m Sistemi Elektronik Denetim ve Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Kav\u015fak Projesi-Anl\u0131k H\u0131z Tespit Paketi&#8217;ne y\u00f6nelik s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi 13 May\u0131s 2024&#8217;te imzalad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. S\u00f6zle\u015fme kapsam\u0131nda, KKTC genelinde 150 anl\u0131k h\u0131z tespit sisteminin sahaya kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hedeflediklerini kaydeden G\u00f6rg\u00fcn, &#8220;Bununla birlikte yaln\u0131zca sahaya cihaz yerle\u015ftirmekle yetinmedik; denetimi &#8216;u\u00e7tan uca&#8217; ele alan bir anlay\u0131\u015fla, Merkezi Anl\u0131k H\u0131z Tespit Sistemi (AHTS) yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n kurulmas\u0131n\u0131, merkez donan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n teminini, devreye alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini ve sistemler aras\u0131 entegrasyonu projeye dahil ettik. Sahada kurulacak AHTS noktalar\u0131nda, tespit edilen ge\u00e7i\u015flere ili\u015fkin plaka ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc bilgilerinin, GSM \u00fczerinden merkezi sisteme g\u00fcvenli \u015fekilde iletilmesi de bu mimarinin temel par\u00e7alar\u0131ndan biridir. Ayr\u0131ca, AHTS altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yerle\u015fimi, haz\u0131r lokasyonda kurulumu, ilgili merkez donan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n temini, devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve entegrasyonun tamamlanmas\u0131 da proje kapsam\u0131 i\u00e7inde planlanm\u0131\u015f ve y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8216;BA\u011eIMLI YAZILIM MAL\u0130YETLER\u0130 ORTADAN KALKTI &#8216;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RADARSAN Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Serhat Do\u011fan da trafik kazalar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnya genelinde 15-29 ya\u015f aras\u0131 gen\u00e7lerin en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00fcm nedeni oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak, &#8220;T\u00fcrkiye, ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadelede binlerce can verilen d\u00f6nemleri geride b\u0131rakt\u0131. Her y\u0131l 6 binden fazla can\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 trafik kazalar\u0131nda kaybediyoruz. En b\u00fcy\u00fck neden a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 h\u0131z. KKTC&#8217;de trafik kazalar\u0131ndaki can kayb\u0131, n\u00fcfus \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fine vuruldu\u011funda kayg\u0131 verici d\u00fczeydedir. Trafik kazalar\u0131, sadece can alm\u0131yor; her y\u0131l milli gelirimizin y\u00fczde 2-3&#8217;\u00fcn\u00fc de sessizce t\u00fcketiyor. Bu kay\u0131p, ciddi sa\u011fl\u0131k, e\u011fitim ve altyap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131yla yar\u0131\u015facak b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fcktedir. TRAF\u0130DAR, sadece can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flamaz, her ge\u00e7en arac\u0131 kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131r, analiz eder ve sorgulanabilir hale getirir. \u0130thal ve g\u00fcvenlik riski bar\u0131nd\u0131ran sistemler, yerli ve milli ve do\u011fu\u015ftan yapay zekaya sahip sistemlerle de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Her y\u0131l tekrar eden lisans, d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131m maliyetleri ortadan kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
