B\u00f6ylece ayl\u0131k art\u0131\u015fta Nisan 2020\u2019den sonra, y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015fta da son 14 ay\u0131n en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oran\u0131 kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7ti. Reel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f 2024 \u015eubat\u2019ta ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f serisi 21 ay sonra ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz kas\u0131mda sona ermi\u015fti. Ba\u015fkentte y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde 34.9 olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. \u0130zmir\u2019de y\u0131ll\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fim y\u00fczde 30.8 olurken, \u0130stanbul\u2019da \u00fclke ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n da alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ferek y\u00fczde 28.5 olarak hesapland\u0131. Ayl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fimde ise 3 ilde de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ya\u015fanmas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekti. Bu hesapla 100 metrekare bir konutun ortalama fiyat\u0131 4 milyon 545 bin 700 lira oldu. \u00dclke genelinde 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 4. \u00e7eyrekte ortalama metrekare fiyat\u0131 36 bin 61 lira, 2023 4. \u00e7eyrekte ise 30 bin 943 lira olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015fti. \u0130stanbul\u2019da metrekare fiyat\u0131 74 bin 153 liraya y\u00fckseldi ve 100 metrekare bir konutun ortalama fiyat\u0131 7 milyon 415 bin 300 liraya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.
