S\u00f6z konusu rakam en y\u00fcksek \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc sat\u0131\u015f verisi olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bu alandaki rekor 1 milyon 748 bin 578 sat\u0131\u015fla 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece ge\u00e7en y\u0131l yap\u0131lan toplam gayrimenkul sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 50,7&#8217;sini konut, y\u00fczde 49,3&#8217;\u00fcn\u00fc ise arsa, tarla ve i\u015f yeri gibi konut d\u0131\u015f\u0131 gayrimenkuller olu\u015fturdu. Son 5 y\u0131l baz al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131n\u0131n ilk kez y\u00fczde 50&#8217;nin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 2024&#8217;e g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 14,3 artarak 1 milyon 688 bin 910&#8217;a ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Kovid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131 sonras\u0131 arsa ve araziye artan talep konuta y\u00f6neldi&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm Giri\u015fimci Emlak M\u00fc\u015favirleri Derne\u011fi (T\u00dcGEM) Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hakan Akdo\u011fan, AA muhabirine verilere ili\u015fkin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede, arsa, tarla ve i\u015f yeri sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f ivmesinin konutun bir miktar gerisinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, &#8220;\u00d6zellikle Kovid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131 sonras\u0131nda arsa ve araziye olan ilgi \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek seviyelere \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ancak \u015fu an i\u00e7in &#8216;konut biraz daha \u00f6n planda ve \u00f6ncelikli&#8217; diyebiliriz.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ticari gayrimenkullerdeki sat\u0131\u015f ivmesinin di\u011fer alanlara g\u00f6re daha da zay\u0131f seyretti\u011fini dile getiren Akdo\u011fan, \u00f6zellikle kredi maliyetlerinin y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fyeri al\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 olduk\u00e7a yava\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Akdo\u011fan, konutun toplam gayrimenkul sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7erisindeki pay\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 50&#8217;yi a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydederek, &#8220;Ayn\u0131 durumun bu y\u0131l da devam etmesini bekliyoruz. Arsa ve arazi taraf\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle \u0130stanbul&#8217;a yak\u0131n b\u00f6lgeler olduk\u00e7a hareketli. Bu hareketlilikten Bal\u0131kesir, \u00c7anakkale, Yalova, Tekirda\u011f, Kocaeli ve Sakarya gibi b\u00f6lgeler nasibini al\u0131yor.
