Geli\u015ftirilen h\u00fccre, \u00f6zellikle <strong>uzay<\/strong> ortam\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fimlerine dayanabilecek \u015fekilde tasarlan\u0131rken <strong>y<\/strong><strong>\u00fczde 26<\/strong><strong>\u2019n<\/strong><strong>\u0131n <\/strong><strong>\u00fczerinde g<\/strong><strong>\u00fc\u00e7 d<\/strong><strong>\u00f6n<\/strong><strong>\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm verimlili<\/strong><strong>\u011fi<\/strong> sunarak dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>80\u00b0C ile 80\u00b0C aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabiliyor<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda bilim insanlar\u0131, h\u00fccrelerin dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 test etmek i\u00e7in h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f termal d\u00f6ng\u00fc deneyleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Bu deneylerde h\u00fccreler &#8211;<strong>80\u00b0C ile 80\u00b0C<\/strong> aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen <strong>a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131k ko\u015fullar\u0131na<\/strong> maruz b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131. Bu aral\u0131k, \u00f6zellikle al\u00e7ak D\u00fcnya y\u00f6r\u00fcngesi olarak bilinen LEO ortam\u0131ndaki ger\u00e7ek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 temsil edecek \u015fekilde se\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re geli\u015ftirilen g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmi\u015f h\u00fccreler 16 zorlu s\u0131cakl\u0131k d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 verimlili\u011finin yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>y\u00fczde 84\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc korumay\u0131<\/strong> ba\u015fard\u0131. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k herhangi bir iyile\u015ftirme uygulanmayan <strong>standart h\u00fccrelerde performans kayb\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu<\/strong> g\u00f6zlemlendi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ekstrem olaylar \u00f6nemli \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc uzay \u015fartlar\u0131ndaki uydular s\u0131k\u00e7a bu t\u00fcr durumlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yor. Uydular\u0131n do\u011frudan g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na maruz kal\u0131p k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 so\u011fuk ortamlara ge\u00e7mesi malzemeler \u00fczerinde ciddi termal stres olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>En b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlardan birisi de \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc<\/b><\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/turk-bilim-insani-gelistirdi-uzay-kosullarina-dayanikli-perovskit-gunes-hucresi-1-962ly7YO.jpg\"\/> <\/span> Perovskit g\u00fcne\u015f h\u00fccrelerinde uzun s\u00fcredir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan temel sorunlardan biri farkl\u0131 malzemelerin s\u0131cakl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fimlerine farkl\u0131 tepkiler vermesi. Perovskit tabaka ile cam altl\u0131k, \u0131s\u0131nma ve so\u011fuma s\u0131ras\u0131nda farkl\u0131 oranlarda genle\u015fip b\u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu farkl\u0131l\u0131k zamanla \u00e7atlaklara, katman ayr\u0131lmalar\u0131na ve yap\u0131sal kusurlara neden oluyor. Sonu\u00e7 olarak h\u00fccrenin elektriksel performans\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. <\/figure>\n<p>LMU ekibi bu sorunu a\u015fmak i\u00e7in \u201c\u00e7ift molek\u00fcler g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan yeni bir yakla\u015f\u0131m geli\u015ftirdi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar \u00f6nce malzemenin i\u00e7indeki zay\u0131f noktalar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren bir madde eklediler. Bu madde, kristallerin birle\u015fti\u011fi hassas b\u00f6lgeleri adeta bir yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 gibi destekleyerek daha sa\u011flam bir yap\u0131 olu\u015fturdu. Sonra ise h\u00fccrenin aktif katman\u0131 ile alt\u0131ndaki y\u00fczey aras\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir kimyasal ba\u011f kuruldu. B\u00f6ylece bu iki katman birbirine daha s\u0131k\u0131 tutundu ve ayr\u0131lma riski azalt\u0131ld\u0131. Bu iki i\u015flem sayesinde, s\u0131cakl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fimlerinde olu\u015fan zorlanmalar h\u00fccreye daha az zarar verir hale geldi.<\/p>\n<p>Geli\u015ftirilen yeni yap\u0131 yaln\u0131zca dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rmakla kalmad\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda performansta da \u00f6nemli bir iyile\u015fme sa\u011flad\u0131. Elde edilen sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re h\u00fccre <strong>y\u00fczde 26\u2019n\u0131n \u00fczerinde<\/strong> g\u00fc\u00e7 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm verimlili\u011fine ula\u015ft\u0131. Bu de\u011fer, ayn\u0131 ko\u015fullarda \u00fcretilmi\u015f referans bir h\u00fccreye k\u0131yasla yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>y\u00fczde 3 daha y\u00fcksek verimlilik<\/strong> anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ba\u015fyazar\u0131 Erkan Ayd\u0131n, elde edilen bulgular\u0131n perovskit g\u00fcne\u015f h\u00fccrelerinin gelece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirterek, tane s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 ve aray\u00fczlerin hedefli \u015fekilde g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesinin mekanik stabiliteyi ciddi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Ortaya konan bu yeni yakla\u015f\u0131m yaln\u0131zca uzay uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda D\u00fcnya \u00fczerindeki zorlu \u00e7evresel ko\u015fullarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sistemleri i\u00e7in de \u00f6nemli bir potansiyel ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Erkan Ayd\u0131n, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda perovskit\/silikon tandem g\u00fcne\u015f h\u00fccresi ile verimlilik rekoru k\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
