Bu t\u00fcr ma\u011fduriyetlerin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in vatanda\u015flardan, irtibat kurduklar\u0131 emlak\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n yetki belgelerini mutlaka g\u00f6rmelerini isteyen Canpolat, y\u00fcz y\u00fcze g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme yapmadan, sat\u0131n al\u0131nacak veya kiralanacak m\u00fclk\u00fc g\u00f6rmeden kapora ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda herhangi bir \u00f6deme yapmamalar\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye etti.<\/p>\n<p>Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n emlak\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n ma\u011fduriyetleri gidermek ad\u0131na 14 May\u0131s&#8217;ta bir y\u00f6netmelik yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Canpolat, &#8220;Buna g\u00f6re 14 May\u0131s 2024&#8217;ten \u00f6nce Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya da oda kayd\u0131ndan herhangi birinin olmas\u0131 emlak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k mesle\u011fine ad\u0131m atacak meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za di\u011fer evraklar\u0131n\u0131n toparlanmas\u0131 noktas\u0131nda kolayl\u0131k sa\u011flad\u0131. Mesle\u011fimizde \u00fcniversite mezunlar\u0131na 6 ay, lise mezunlar\u0131na 1 y\u0131l staj zorunlulu\u011fu, deneyim \u015fart\u0131 zorunlulu\u011fu vard\u0131. Y\u00f6netmelik, bu durumdan ma\u011fdur meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n muaf olmas\u0131na, m\u00fcktesebattan faydalanmas\u0131na sebep oldu. B\u00f6ylelikle belirtilen tarihten \u00f6nce kayd\u0131 olanlar yetki belgeli resmi emlak\u00e7\u0131 olarak i\u015flerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecekler. Doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ip halk\u0131n ma\u011fdur olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in hem yetkilendirme s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi al\u0131yoruz, hem de yetki belgesi ile internet portallar\u0131na ilan giri\u015fi yap\u0131yoruz&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;En etkili \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn emlak\u00e7\u0131 ile y\u00fcz y\u00fcze g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmek&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vatanda\u015flar\u0131 yetki belgesi olmayan hi\u00e7bir emlak ofisiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmamalar\u0131 konusunda uyaran Canpolat, \u00f6zellikle internet portallar\u0131nda, sosyal medya mecralar\u0131nda normal rakam\u0131n alt\u0131nda veya yar\u0131s\u0131nda bir fiyat g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri zaman mutlaka \u015f\u00fcphelenmeleri gerekti\u011fini kaydetti.
