<\/span> \u00dcretken yapay zeka konusunda k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte inan\u0131lmaz bir yar\u0131\u015f ya\u015fan\u0131yor ve hi\u00e7bir \u00fclke geride kalmak istemiyor. \u00d6zellikle \u00c7in<\/strong>, son y\u0131llarda di\u011fer konularda oldu\u011fu gibi \u00fcretken yapay zeka<\/strong> alan\u0131nda da lider olmay\u0131 hedefliyor. Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler <\/strong>(BM) raporu ise \u00c7in\u2019in bu hedefi i\u00e7in ne kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne seriyor. \u00dclke, yapay zeka patentleri konusunda k\u00fcresel bir lider <\/strong>olarak y\u00fckseliyor. <\/figure>\n

\u00c7in, yapay zekada lider<\/b><\/p>\n

K\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce yay\u0131nlanan BM raporuna g\u00f6re \u00c7in, 2014’ten 2023’e <\/strong>kadar 38.000<\/strong>‘den fazla patent ba\u015fvurusunda bulunarak \u00fcretken yapay zeka patentlerinde tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131k ara lider. Bu say\u0131, ABD\u2019de yap\u0131lan patent ba\u015fvurular\u0131ndan tam 6 kat daha fazla<\/strong>. ABD<\/strong>, ilgili d\u00f6nemde 6.276 patent ba\u015fvurusu yaparken onu Kore Cumhuriyeti<\/strong> (4.155), Japonya<\/strong> (3.409) ve Hindistan<\/strong> (1.350) takip ediyor. Rapora g\u00f6re, \u00fcretken yapay zeka patentleri \u015fu anda d\u00fcnyadaki toplam yapay zeka patentlerinin y\u00fczde 6’s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n

<\/span> Bilmeyenler i\u00e7in \u00fcretken yapay zeka, kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n metin, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc, m\u00fczik, ses ve video gibi i\u00e7erikler \u00fcretmesine olanak tan\u0131yan bir yapay zeka alan\u0131d\u0131r. Bu oyun alan\u0131ndaki en bilindik \u00fcr\u00fcn ise sohbet robotu ChatGPT. Teknolojik liderlik konusunda ise ABD\u2019li OpenAI ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekiyor. Onu Microsoft, Google ve Amazon takip ediyor. \u00c7in ise bu alana rakiplerinden biraz daha ge\u00e7 girse de \u00f6zellikle Baidu ile h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyor. \u00c7in, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz aylarda yapay zeka \u00e7ipleri ve \u00fcretken yapay zekan\u0131n her y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ilerlemek i\u00e7in \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k eylem plan\u0131 ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. <\/figure>\n

<\/span> BM raporuna g\u00f6re en fazla patent ba\u015fvurusu yapan 10 \u015firket aras\u0131nda 6 \u00c7inli \u015firket bulunuyor. \u0130lk be\u015f \u015firketin d\u00f6rd\u00fc \u00c7in men\u015feili. Rapor ayn\u0131 zamanda patent ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n en \u00e7ok g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc ve video (17.996) temelli \u00fcretken yapay zeka \u00f6zelinde yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. \u00a0Bunun arkas\u0131ndan metin (13.494) ve konu\u015fma veya m\u00fczik (13.480) geliyor. <\/figure>\n
<\/span> Son 10 y\u0131lda, \u00fcretken yapay zekadaki patent ailelerinin say\u0131s\u0131 2014’te sadece 733 iken 2023’te 14.000’den fazla olmu\u015f durumda. \u00dcretken yapay zeka ile e\u015fanlaml\u0131 hale gelen B\u00fcy\u00fck Dil Modellerinin (LLM) arkas\u0131ndaki derin sinir a\u011f\u0131 mimarisi olan transformat\u00f6rlerin 2017’de piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fclmesinden bu yana, patent say\u0131s\u0131 y\u00fczde 800’\u00fcn \u00fczerinde artm\u0131\u015f durumda. Bilimsel yay\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 da 10 y\u0131lda 116\u2019dan 34.000\u2019in \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.
