May\u0131s 2021\u2019de \u0130stanbul Tuzla\u2019da yer alan fabrikay\u0131 faaliyete ge\u00e7irerek \u00fcretim kapasitesini ve istihdam olanaklar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131ran OPPO, 3 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde y\u00fczde 95,8 marka bilinirli\u011fine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda. <\/span> \u00d6te yandan fabrikam\u0131zda y\u0131ll\u0131k 4,5 milyon adet \u00fcretim kapasitesine ula\u015fan fabrika i\u00e7in M\u0131sta\u00e7o\u011flu Holding CEO\u2019su Y\u00fccel Kuban\u00e7<\/strong>, OPPO’nun m\u00fchendisleri ve teknik uzmanlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan \u00f6zel bir ekiple \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve y\u0131l sonuna kadar 1000 ki\u015fiyi a\u015fk\u0131n istihdama ula\u015fmay\u0131 istediklerini s\u00f6yledi. <\/figure>\n

OPPO\u2019nun T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki fabrikas\u0131nda Reno ve A serisi<\/strong> \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin \u00fcretimi yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Ortalama \u00fcretim kapasitesi saatte 20-50 aras\u0131 telefon olan tesisin verim oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 98,5<\/strong>, ilk ar\u0131za oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 0,23\u2019ten az ve var\u0131\u015fta ar\u0131zal\u0131 (Defective On Arrival – DOA) oran\u0131 ise milyonda 165 par\u00e7an\u0131n alt\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Son olarak \u00fcretim tesisinde geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fcretim y\u00fcr\u00fctme sistemi, y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 alma ve yerle\u015ftirme makineleri kullan\u0131lan Y\u00fczey Montaj Teknoloji (SMT) hatlar\u0131, her ba\u011flant\u0131y\u0131 incelemek i\u00e7in geli\u015fmi\u015f lehim macunu denetimi, Otomatik Optik Denetim (AOI) sistemleri ve Temel Performans G\u00f6stergeleri (KPI) gibi teknolojilerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtelim.<\/p>\n\n
