Ankara\u2019da y\u00fczde 53 civar\u0131nda, \u0130zmir\u2019de y\u00fczde 43 civar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f var. Ortalama sat\u0131l\u0131k metrekare fiyatlar\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019da 39 bin TL iken, Ankara\u2019da 21 bin, \u0130zmir\u2019de 32 bin TL seviyelerinde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018ENFLASYONA G\u00d6RE D\u00dc\u015e\u00dc\u015e VAR\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reel fiyatlar\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fim oran\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u00fclke genelinde y\u00fczde 16\u2019l\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f var. Reel bazl\u0131 yani T\u00dcFE\u2019den ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f fiyatlar \u0130stanbul\u2019da y\u00fczde 18, \u0130zmir\u2019de y\u00fczde 15 seviyelerine kadar geriledi. Ankara\u2019da reel bazl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f y\u00fczde 10 seviyelerinde kald\u0131. \u00dclke genelinde ve \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck ilde ortalama konut fiyatlar\u0131 son 1 y\u0131lda reel bazda ucuzlad\u0131 diyebiliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Fiyatlar\u0131n reel bazda birka\u00e7 ay daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6stermesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyrek sonras\u0131nda fiyatlar\u0131n enflasyon seviyelerinde kalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiriyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u20183 B\u00dcY\u00dcK\u015eEH\u0130RDE K\u0130RALAR SON 6 AYDIR ARTIYOR\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son 6 ayl\u0131k periyoda bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda yani kas\u0131m ay\u0131ndan bu yana \u0130stanbul\u2019da ortalama konut kira bedelleri 160 TL band\u0131ndan 210 TL band\u0131na kadar y\u00fckseldi. Fiyatlar y\u00fckselmeye ba\u015fl\u0131yor. S\u0131f\u0131r dairelerde bu rakamlar 250 TL\u2019leri zorlar hale geldi.<\/p>\n<p>Ankara\u2019da kiral\u0131k konutlar daha fazla artt\u0131. Metrekarede ortalama kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda 110 TL olan kira fiyat\u0131 \u015fu anda 160 TL seviyelerinde.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir\u2019de kira fiyatlar\u0131nda genel bir art\u0131\u015ftan bahsedebiliyoruz.
