Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan park, bah\u00e7e, cadde, sokak, bina \u00f6nleri, meydan gibi umuma a\u00e7\u0131k alanlar ile kurban sat\u0131\u015f ve kesimine uygun olmayan yerlerde gerekli \u00f6nlemleri almayanlar tespit edilerek, cezai i\u015flem uygulanacak. Bu kapsamda \u00c7evre Kanunu&#8217;nun 20. maddesi gere\u011fi 4 bin 810 lira ceza kesilecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TOPLU KES\u0130M YERLER\u0130NDE UYGUNSUZ KES\u0130ME CEZA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kurban kesim yerlerinde yasaklara uymayan ve \u00f6nlem almadan kurban at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7evreye b\u0131rakan tesislere toplu kesimler i\u00e7in 464 bin 585 lira, bu fiilin konutlarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi halinde ise 11 bin 540 lira ceza verilecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ATIKLAR DAYANIKLI TORBALARA KONULACAK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kurban kesimi sonucu olu\u015fan at\u0131klar, s\u0131zd\u0131rmaz, dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek yo\u011funluklu siyah polietilen torbalara, torba hacminin \u00fc\u00e7te ikisini ge\u00e7meyecek \u015fekilde konulacak. Torbalar, a\u011fz\u0131 iyice kapat\u0131l\u0131p ba\u011flanarak, Kurban Bayram\u0131 s\u00fcresince d\u00fczenli hizmet verecek belediye temizlik ekiplerine teslim edilecek.
