Huawei\u2019nin Kirin \u00e7ipleriyle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 at\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n Kirin 9100 ile s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fi ve <strong>enerji verimlili\u011finde<\/strong> ciddi kazan\u0131mlara ula\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 aktar\u0131l\u0131yor. <\/figure>\n<p><b>Kirin 9100 i\u00e7in umut verici geli\u015fme<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Yeni gelen bilgiler Kirin 9100\u2019\u00fcn \u201c<strong>n+2\/3<\/strong>\u201d olarak ifade edilen yeni bir \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecini benimseyece\u011fine i\u015faret ediyor. Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczer Kirin i\u015flemciler \u00c7inli <strong>SMIC<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretiliyor. Kirin 9000 ailesi \u015fimdiye kadar n+2 olarak ifade edilen ikinci nesil 7nm s\u00fcrecini kullan\u0131yordu. Firma, \u00e7oklu desenleme ile DUV litografi ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak kendisini geli\u015ftirmeye devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan Kirin 9100 i\u00e7in \u201cn+2\/3\u201d s\u00f6yleminin tam olarak ne anlama geldi\u011fi bilinmiyor. Ancak mevcut bilgilere g\u00f6re bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 teknolojisinde <strong>5nm benzeri transist\u00f6r<\/strong> boyutlar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131labilecek. Ancak TSMC ve Samsung taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lan EUV litografi ile ayn\u0131 olmayacaklar. Buna ra\u011fmen Kirin 9100\u2019\u00fcn enerji verimlili\u011finde \u00f6nceki \u00e7iplere k\u0131yasla olduk\u00e7a net bir iyile\u015ftirme sunaca\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6yleniyor. Hatta <strong>verimlilik<\/strong> noktas\u0131nda <strong>Snapdragon 8<\/strong> <strong>Gen 2 ile ayn\u0131 seviyede<\/strong> olmas\u0131 bekleniyor.\u00a0Kirin 9100 performans\u0131 ise daha \u00f6nceki bilgilere g\u00f6re yine Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 ile benzer veya daha iyi olaca\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6yleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Huawei, Kirin yongalar\u0131 i\u00e7in SMIC ile yak\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor olsa da hat\u0131rlanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere SMIC, ABD h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin incelemesi alt\u0131nda. Ayr\u0131ca firma, kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 eski DUV ekipmanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fcretici ASML\u2019den veya Japon firmalardan servis deste\u011fi de alam\u0131yor. DUV ekipmanlar\u0131yla da 5nm \u00fcretimi yapmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn ancak EUV\u2019ye g\u00f6re s\u00fcre\u00e7 daha maliyetli. DUV litografi ara\u00e7lar\u0131nda \u00e7ip \u00fczerinde istenen deseni elde etmek i\u00e7in birden fazla pozlama gerekiyor. EUV\u2019de ise \u00e7oklu desenlemenin aksine tek bir pozlama ile karma\u015f\u0131k tasar\u0131mlar bas\u0131labiliyor.
