Zira bir proje tasar\u0131m\u0131, ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan bu yana ilk kez GDA s\u00fcrecinin ikinci ad\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015f durumda.
