{"id":74770,"date":"2024-08-02T16:48:06","date_gmt":"2024-08-02T16:48:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/?p=74770"},"modified":"2024-08-02T16:48:06","modified_gmt":"2024-08-02T16:48:06","slug":"reklam-kurulundan-20-milyon-tl-para-cezasi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/index.php\/2024\/08\/02\/reklam-kurulundan-20-milyon-tl-para-cezasi\/","title":{"rendered":"Reklam Kurulu&#8217;ndan 20 milyon TL para cezas\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p>Reklam Kurulunun 11 Haziran 2024 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen 346 say\u0131l\u0131 toplant\u0131s\u0131nda karara ba\u011flanan 175 adet dosyadan 147\u2019si mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 bulunurken s\u00f6z konusu reklam ve ticari uygulamalar hakk\u0131nda durdurma cezas\u0131 ile birlikte toplam 20.100.269-TL idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, Kurul taraf\u0131ndan 3 adet dosya hakk\u0131nda bu cezalarla birlikte eri\u015fimin engellenmesine de karar verildi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015f\u00f6yle denildi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;T\u00fcketicilerin ekonomik tercih ve menfaatlerini etkileyen reklam ve ticari uygulamalar\u0131n ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131da \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan birka\u00e7 konuya a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da yer verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00dcKET\u0130C\u0130 TERC\u0130HLER\u0130NDE ETK\u0130S\u0130 OLAN \u00c7EVRESEL BEYANLAR DENETLEN\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcketicilerin \u00e7evre konusundaki duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131yla birlikte son d\u00f6nemde reklam verenlerin t\u00fcketicilerin bilgi eksikli\u011fini istismar edecek bi\u00e7imde \u201c\u00e7evresel beyan\u201d i\u00e7eren reklamlara yer verdikleri g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olup, t\u00fcketicilerin \u201cye\u015fil aklama\u201d da denilen bu y\u00f6ntemle al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f tercihlerinin yanl\u0131\u015f y\u00f6nlendirilerek aldat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi amac\u0131yla Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zca gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar titizlikle yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda, Reklam Kurulu g\u0131da, giyim ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131 t\u00fcketim sekt\u00f6rlerinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren 4 farkl\u0131 \u015firketin reklamlar\u0131nda yer alan \u201cdo\u011fa dostu\u201d, \u201cdo\u011fay\u0131 senin kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen\u201d ve \u201ciklim dostu\u201d gibi \u00e7evreye ili\u015fkin genel beyanlar\u0131n gerekli bilgiler verilmeden ve t\u00fcketiciler nezdinde belirsizli\u011fe neden olacak \u015fekilde kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, ayr\u0131ca inceleme konusu reklamlarda yer alan \u00e7evreye ili\u015fkin iddialar\u0131n ispatlanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gerek\u00e7eleriyle s\u00f6z konusu reklamlar hakk\u0131nda idari yapt\u0131r\u0131m uygulanmas\u0131na karar vermi\u015ftir. T\u00fcketicilerin do\u011faya ili\u015fkin hassasiyetinin ye\u015fil aklama yoluyla istismar edilmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilmek i\u00e7in Reklam Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan sekt\u00f6rel bazda yap\u0131lan incelemeler aral\u0131ks\u0131z olarak devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SAHTE VE TAKL\u0130T AYAKKABI REKLAMLARI REKLAM KURULU G\u00dcNDEM\u0130NDE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kurulun bu ayki toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli g\u00fcndem maddelerinden bir tanesini de taklit ayakkab\u0131 reklamlar\u0131 olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur.
