Bir\u00e7ok kullan\u0131c\u0131, pop\u00fcler sosyal medya platformuna giri\u015f yapamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtirken, eri\u015fim engelinin nedenine dair \u00e7e\u015fitli spek\u00fclasyonlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilgi Teknolojileri ve \u0130leti\u015fim Kurumu&#8217;nun<\/strong> (BTK) resmi internet sitesinden yap\u0131lan sorgulamalar sonucunda, Instagram&#8217;\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye genelinde eri\u015fime kapat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011fruland\u0131. BTK&#8217;n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgilere g\u00f6re, bu eri\u015fim engeli 2 A\u011fustos 2024 tarihli ve 490.05.01.2024.-608903 say\u0131l\u0131 karara dayan\u0131yor.
