Rapor, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 santrallerinin \u00fclkenin ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu s\u00fcrekli elektrik talebini kar\u015f\u0131mada yetersiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve <strong>r\u00fczgar enerjisinin bu talebi kar\u015f\u0131layabilece\u011fini<\/strong> bildiriyor. <\/figure>\n<p><b>Yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye yetmiyor<\/b><\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/turkiyede-kesintisiz-elektrik-uretimin-anahtari-ruzgar-enerjisi-1-szVGW67F.jpg\"\/> <\/span> Son on y\u0131lda k\u00f6m\u00fcrden elektrik \u00fcretimi iki kat\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131rken, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda 118 TWh\u2019lik k\u00f6m\u00fcr kaynakl\u0131 elektrik \u00fcretimi T\u00fcrkiye tarihinin en y\u00fcksek \u00fcretimi olarak kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7ti. Bununla birlikte Ember, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki <strong>yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr<\/strong> rezervlerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n <strong>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enerji potansiyeli <\/strong>ve <strong>y\u00fcksek nem<\/strong> i\u00e7erdi\u011fi i\u00e7in termik santrallerde \u00fcretim verimlerinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. T\u00fcrkiye, kendi k\u00f6m\u00fcrleriyle istedi\u011fi seviyede elektrik \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr k\u0131yasla daha fazla birim k\u00f6m\u00fcr yak\u0131yor. Bu da daha fazla emisyon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131na neden oluyor. <\/figure>\n<p>Aktar\u0131lanlara g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin baz y\u00fck olarak <strong>adland\u0131r\u0131labilecek s\u00fcrekli elektrik talebinin yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 GWh oldu\u011fu<\/strong> tahmin ediliyor. Yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 santraller g\u00f6sterdikleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck elektrik \u00fcretim performans\u0131 ile bu talebin kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131nda yetersiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131na da dikkat \u00e7ekiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm r\u00fczgar enerjisinde<\/b><\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/turkiyede-kesintisiz-elektrik-uretimin-anahtari-ruzgar-enerjisi-2-UND694dc.jpg\"\/> <\/span> Yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn kapasite kullan\u0131m oran\u0131 ortalama y\u00fczde 48 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr ve r\u00fczgarda bu oran y\u00fczde 71 ve y\u00fczde 34 olarak hesapland\u0131. Yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcrde 4 GW\u2019tan fazla kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn y\u00fczde 50 kapasite fakt\u00f6r\u00fc alt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Baz\u0131 yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallerinde bu oran\u0131n y\u00fczde 16\u2019ya kadar d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken r\u00fczgar santrallerinin k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc santralleri geride b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Analizde, r\u00fczgar santrallerinin yakla\u015f\u0131k be\u015fte birinin y\u00fczde 40&#8217;tan fazla kapasite kullan\u0131m oran\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131, en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck orana sahip 10 santralin tamam\u0131n\u0131 ise yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallerinin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu aktar\u0131ld\u0131. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr termik santralleri, r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbinlerine k\u0131yasla daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck performansa sahip. <\/figure>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kamucalisani.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/turkiyede-kesintisiz-elektrik-uretimin-anahtari-ruzgar-enerjisi-3-qSziix6l.jpg\"\/> <\/span> Di\u011fer bir ifadeyle, incelenen <strong>10,4 GW yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn yaln\u0131zca 5,4 GW\u2019l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n elektrik \u00fcretebilir durumda<\/strong> oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Ayr\u0131ca k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 santrallerde ya\u015fanan ar\u0131zalar\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama 22 TWh \u00fcretim kayb\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlendi. <\/figure>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yenilenebilir temiz enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc h\u0131zland\u0131rmas\u0131 ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr gibi fosil yak\u0131tl\u0131 elektrik \u00fcretimini terk etmesi gerekiyor. Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f ve karasal r\u00fczgar<\/strong> tesislerinin y\u00fczde 96\u2019s\u0131 yeni <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcr ve do\u011falgaz santrali kurulumundan daha az maliyetli <\/strong>durumda. Bununla birlikte T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de lisans s\u00fcresi 2069&#8217;a kadar devam eden k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrali mevcut.
