T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki konutlar\u0131n kalite etkisinden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f fiyat de\u011fi\u015fimlerini izlemek amac\u0131yla hesaplanan Konut Fiyat Endeksi, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 Nisan ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 2,2 oran\u0131nda artarak 1257,7 seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 48,4 oran\u0131nda artan KFE, ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde reel olarak y\u00fczde 13,3 oran\u0131nda azal\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul, Ankara ve \u0130zmir\u2019in konut fiyat endekslerindeki geli\u015fmeler de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 Nisan ay\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re, s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 2,1, 3,0 ve 1,9 oranlar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6zlendi.
