Depremin ard\u0131ndan apartman\u0131n m\u00fcteahhidi Muzaffer Mete ile in\u015faat m\u00fchendisi Atilla Tu\u011fran tutukland\u0131. San\u0131klar hakk\u0131nda Adana 1. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde dava a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Davan\u0131n ilk duru\u015fmas\u0131nda \u2018konutu terk etmemek\u2019 adli kontrol \u015fart\u0131yla tahliye edilen san\u0131klar Muzaffer Mete ve Atilla Tu\u011fran\u2019\u0131n yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131na devam edildi. Duru\u015fmaya, tutuksuz san\u0131klar ile baz\u0131 m\u00fc\u015ftekiler ve taraflar\u0131n avukatlar\u0131 kat\u0131ld\u0131. Duru\u015fmada y\u0131k\u0131lan apartman\u0131n eski y\u00f6neticisi Hatice Ba\u015fp\u0131nar tan\u0131k olarak dinlendi.<\/p>\n

Apartman\u0131n 7\u2019nci kat\u0131nda oturdu\u011funu ve depremin oldu\u011fu ilk g\u00fcn merdivenlerden inerek d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ba\u015fp\u0131nar, \u201cGece olan depreme yakaland\u0131k. Evdeydim, 7\u2019nci kattan merdivenlerden y\u00fcr\u00fcyerek indim. Duvarlar\u0131n hepsi patlakt\u0131. WhatsApp yaz\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ile herkese bilgi verildi. Herkes d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
