Yar\u0131ndan itibaren konut kira zamm\u0131nda Temmuz 2024 itibar\u0131yla yeniden 12 ayl\u0131k T\u00dcFE ortalamas\u0131 tavan s\u0131n\u0131r olacak.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Haziran 2022\u2019de T\u00fcrk Bor\u00e7lar Kanunu\u2019na eklenen ge\u00e7ici madde ile konut kiralar\u0131nda y\u00fczde 25 \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r ifade eden uygulama, 2 Temmuz itibar\u0131yla kald\u0131r\u0131lacak. May\u0131sta konuyla ilgili bir TV program\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Hazine ve Maliye Bakan\u0131 Mehmet \u015eim\u015fek, uygulaman\u0131n belli bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, devam etmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 Temmuz\u2019da belli olacak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Haziran ay\u0131 enflasyonuyla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak 12 ayl\u0131k ortalama, konut kiralar\u0131 i\u00e7in yeniden zam oran\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 olacak.\u00a0Haziran enflasyonu 3 Temmuz\u2019da a\u00e7\u0131klanacak. Endeksa Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc G\u00f6rkem \u00d6\u011f\u00fct, d\u00fczenlemenin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n sekt\u00f6r\u00fc pozitif y\u00f6nde etkileyece\u011fini, piyasan\u0131n denge bulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor.\u00a0\u0130stanbul\u2019da ortalama kira seviyesi 20 bin lira oldu. Ankara\u2019da 17 bin liray\u0131 a\u015fan ortalama, \u0130zmir\u2019de ise 19 bin liray\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tart\u0131\u015fma da davalar da artt\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en iki y\u0131lda konut kiralar\u0131ndaki y\u00fczde 25 zam s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131, pek \u00e7ok tart\u0131\u015fma ve anla\u015fmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da beraberinde getirdi. Yan\u0131 s\u0131ra tek ev kiras\u0131yla ge\u00e7imini sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten ev sahipleri de, enflasyonist ortamda zor g\u00fcnler ge\u00e7irdiklerini ifade etti.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bu anla\u015fmazl\u0131klarla ev sahibi ile kirac\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki davalar kat be kat artt\u0131.
