Kula Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 CHP\u2019li Hikmet D\u00f6nmez, belediyeden ihale alan \u00f6zel bir firman\u0131n yetkilileri M.U. ve H.D.’yi belediyeye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131. \u0130ddiaya g\u00f6re, M.U. ve H.D.’nin Kula Belediyesi’nin ad\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak esnaftan para toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve esnaf\u0131 doland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddias\u0131yla Ba\u015fkan D\u00f6nmez firmayla olan s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini feshetmek istedi.<\/p>\n
Bunun \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kan tart\u0131\u015fmada firma yetkilileri, Ba\u015fkan D\u00f6nmez’e sald\u0131rd\u0131; arbede ya\u015fand\u0131. Sesleri duyarak i\u00e7eri giren Ba\u015fkan D\u00f6nmez’in korumas\u0131 R.G. ve \u015fof\u00f6r\u00fc M.O.A., firma yetkilileri M.U ve H.D.’yi makam odas\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. M.U. ve H.D., Ba\u015fkan D\u00f6nmez’in makam odas\u0131nda darbedildiklerini iddia ederek polise ba\u015fvurdu. \u015eikayet sonras\u0131 Ba\u015fkan D\u00f6nmez, \u015fof\u00f6r\u00fc M.O.A. ve korumas\u0131 R.G. g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Kula \u0130l\u00e7e Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ndeki ifadelerinin ard\u0131ndan mahkemeye sevk edilen M.O.A. ve R.G. tutuklanarak cezaevine g\u00f6nderildi.<\/p>\n
