Daha \u00f6nce yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin yenilenmesi ve ek kira art\u0131\u015f\u0131 istenmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de mevzuat ve uygulamada konut kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri ve kira art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k olarak yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, &#8216;May\u0131sta y\u00fczde 25&#8217;e raz\u0131 olmu\u015ftum, \u015fimdi y\u00fczde 65 oldu. Kiray\u0131, tekrar 65&#8217;e g\u00f6re revize edelim.&#8217; B\u00f6yle bir uygulamam\u0131z yok. Mevzuata uygun de\u011fil.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Piyasalardan alg\u0131layabildi\u011fim, ilanlardan g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm kiralarda b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00f6p\u00fck etkisini kaybetti.&#8221; diyen Tanr\u0131vermi\u015f, kira takip sistemi kurulmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkati \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>Tanr\u0131vermi\u015f, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de her 100 hanenin 56&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131n konut sahibi oldu\u011funu anlatarak, sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in konut \u00fcretiminin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Kirac\u0131lara y\u00f6nelik uyar\u0131larda da bulunan Tanr\u0131vermi\u015f, &#8220;T\u00dcFE&#8217;deki 12 ayl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131 belirleyen oran \u00fczerinde kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi yap\u0131lmamal\u0131. Kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesiyle birlikte tahliye s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi imzalanmamal\u0131. Yapt\u0131klar\u0131 kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi dikkatlice okunmal\u0131. Kanunlar net ve ortada. Bunlara dikkat edilmeli.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Konut fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n yava\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Tanr\u0131vermi\u015f, &#8220;\u015eubattan itibaren konut fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f, enflasyon oran\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.
