T\u00dcFE\u2019nin 12 ayl\u0131k ortalamas\u0131 y\u00fczde 65 bile olsa bu durumda s\u00f6zle\u015fmedeki y\u00fczde 50 art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 ge\u00e7erli olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Peki kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesine T\u00dcFE\u2019nin \u00fczerinde bir oranda madde konulabilir mi? S\u00f6zle\u015fmede y\u00fczde 100 zam maddesi olsa bile T\u00dcFE uygulan\u0131r. Taraflar kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinde art\u0131\u015f\u0131 diledikleri gibi belirleyebilirler ancak burada \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r T\u00dcFE\u2019nin 12 ayl\u0131k ortalamas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018ARABULUCULUK FIRSAT YARATTI\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diyelim ki bir kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi yap\u0131ld\u0131.
