Bu geli\u015fme, ABD, Hollanda ve Japonya\u2019n\u0131n \u00c7in\u2019e y\u00f6nelik yeni yapt\u0131r\u0131m kararlar\u0131ndan sonra geldi. <\/figure>\n<p><b>\u00c7in, kendi DUV ekipman\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bu makineler, silikon plakalar \u00fczerine karma\u015f\u0131k devre desenlerini basan litografi makineleri olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor. Bakanl\u0131k, bu makinelerin sahip oldu\u011fu teknolojik ilerlemelerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra fikri m\u00fclkiyet haklar\u0131na da sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131 vurgularken, makineleri geli\u015ftiren firmalar\u0131n isimlerini do\u011frudan a\u00e7\u0131klamad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Tan\u0131t\u0131lan makinelerden biri, 193 nanometre (nm) dalga boyunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir <strong>derin ultraviyole <\/strong>(DUV) <strong>litografi <\/strong>makinesi olup, 65nm&#8217;nin alt\u0131nda bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck ve 8nm&#8217;nin alt\u0131nda \u00fcst \u00fcste bindirme do\u011frulu\u011fu sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Di\u011fer DUV makinesi ise 248nm dalga boyunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor, 110nm \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe ve 25nm \u00fcst \u00fcste bindirme do\u011frulu\u011funa sahip.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak bu makineler, piyasadaki en <strong>geli\u015fmi\u015f se\u00e7eneklerin gerisinde<\/strong> kal\u0131yor. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Hollandal\u0131 ASML Holding&#8217;in en ileri d\u00fczey DUV makinelerinden biri (TWINSCAN NXT:2100i), 38nm&#8217;nin alt\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe ve 1.3nm&#8217;nin alt\u0131nda bindirme do\u011frulu\u011funa sahip. Ayr\u0131ca ASML, a\u015f\u0131r ultraviyole (EUV) olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan ve mevcut en geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00e7iplerin \u00fcretiminin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 litografi makinelerine de sahip. Ancak geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00e7iplerin seri \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in gerekli olan litografi sistemlerinin \u00fcretiminde ilerlemeler yava\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. \u00dclkedeki litografi makinelerinin neredeyse tamam\u0131, geli\u015fmi\u015f EUV makinelerine eri\u015fimleri kesilen ve ABD&#8217;nin bask\u0131lar\u0131 alt\u0131nda olan ASML&#8217;den geliyor. <\/figure>\n<p>Bu yerli ArF litografi (Argon flor\u00fcr) makinelerinin ba\u015fta Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc.
